Welcome to Guy Fieri's El Burro Borracho, or the Drunken Donkey in its literal translation, where no detail is overlooked. Voted 2020 Best Mexican Food and Best Margarita in Laughlin, enjoy Mexican dishes familiar to those north of the border – tacos, enchiladas, burritos, fajitas and more – but created in a traditional style familiar to folks south of the border, and then blended with upscale touches and flair from what you would expect from Guy Fieri.

Start with a signature Cadillac Margarita or Pineapple Habanero Margarita and some trash can nachos.

Save room for dessert with churros that are light as air, yet crisp to perfection and fried ice-cream.

Terrible service. Sat for nearly an hour a waiting for drinks and food. Very little interaction with wait staff. Left without eating. Would not recommend.

Staff is good, food is horrible. NOT authentic, my partner got sick from the food. Guy Fieri should come try this food because it was NOT it.

We enjoyed the food and Ambiance. We tried Tequila, Santo, bu Guy, we loved it. Great fast service, friendly and very polite.

It was moderately busy but it took a long time for drinks to get out. Told the bar was backed up, although I am unsure how. Food was good, either the servers had way too many tables, and other servers with no tables, or the service was just extremely slow. Asked about refilling drinks but never brought mixed drinks, only water even after saying we would like additional drinks from the bar. Overall food was good service, like always, could have been much better.

We had exceptional service from the server, & her helper, who kept our salsa filled, which isn't easy because we always need more salsa! His steak fajitas were perfect, as we're my fish tacos. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience! dh 🙂

Ordered fajitas and besides having no flavor they were the toughest pieces of chicken I ever tried to eat. It was horrible and I will never go back. If you are going to sell a franchise to your business, Guy Fieri, you should spot check that they are not making a farce out of your name. Just my opinion.

It was okay, probably wouldn't go back. The food is okay, bit for the price point, it wasn't worth it.
