Welcome to Guy Fieri's El Burro Borracho, or the Drunken Donkey in its literal translation, where no detail is overlooked. Voted 2020 Best Mexican Food and Best Margarita in Laughlin, enjoy Mexican dishes familiar to those north of the border – tacos, enchiladas, burritos, fajitas and more – but created in a traditional style familiar to folks south of the border, and then blended with upscale touches and flair from what you would expect from Guy Fieri.

Start with a signature Cadillac Margarita or Pineapple Habanero Margarita and some trash can nachos.

Save room for dessert with churros that are light as air, yet crisp to perfection and fried ice-cream.

Always love their Trash Can nachos. Two people could split the grande size as a meal. Great queso and fajitas. The Caliente Margaritas are delicious, too! We always go to El Burro Borracho when we stay at Harrah’s.

The service was slow and unfriendly. Two out of 4 dishes weren’t good. Way over priced for everything. And don’t order any extras they were 4.99. I I still think a chimichanga should be served with sour cream at least! Will never go back

Meh. Food was bland. Margaritas tasted store bought. Highlight was the dessert which we only got cause of a birthday at the table. Wouldn’t go back. Better Mexican food almost anywhere and for a little better price.

By far the service ruined the meal. It took at least 10 minutes for the waiter to take our drink order, then took another 30 minutes for them to deliver them. After ordering the food it came in a reasonable amount of time, however it was lukewarm and not the taste we were expecting from Guy Fieri. We do not recommend nor will we be back.

Let's get the good out of the way. The taquitos we had were delicious. They found our reservation! They sat us right away! Now with the less than good. The service was slow, and that is probably being nice. Limited is more like it. We saw our server a total of 4 times in the hour we sat there (yes, two drinks and an appetizer only took an hour). From the moment we sat down, it took us 28 minutes to get a Diet Pepsi and 36 minutes to get a margaritas. We had plenty of time to discuss our out plan to skip out on having a full meal as we didn't want to sit there for two hours. It was very disappointing. We went there for the food and, of course, the name attached to the restaurant. You would think the name would mean something in that you expect great service. Not so much!

Orderd the enchiladas and they were not good. I've had better from Circle K. We also tried the Trash can nachos and sent them back. Very dissatisfied.

The Chicken Enchilatas were good but not great. They had too much black pepper and were Luke warm. The overhead music was excessively loud. It was difficult to carry on a conversation.

All was good! My friend had fish tacos grilled and my husband and I shared a few things so we could indulge in cake and fried ice cream.
