Our team can stay to take care of set up, cleanup, and everything in between, working hard to ensure that you and your guests are able to sit back and enjoy a no-fuss gathering filled with fresh and delicious BBQ! Whether we are celebrating your big day or catering your office party we strive to bring a touch of Southern Hospitality to any event through a collaborative process that accommodates each event’s unique needs. The wait staff was outstanding -- attentive but not intrusive. Our soft drink glasses were continually replenished and unneeded plates and utensils were cleared promptly and courteously. Excellent!

Every thing was okay except for the queso appetizer and our server. We went at 8:15 PM so it wasn’t busy but didn’t get any attention.

On the day I was at Gus's in Claremont for lunch, nothing stood out. The brisket was tender, but dry, relying solely on mixture with saliva to bring out flavor. The mac and cheese reminded me of the kit that Cracker Barrel used to sell in markets, which produced a sauce which congealed to the point that the macaronies had to be pried loose from each other. But the beans were very, very flavorful and I would strongly recommend them. The "sweet tea" was something a Southerner couldn't have identified as such. Service was average, but the servers were pleasant people. At the price point, I can't justify returning.

My first experience here was pretty great, but this past time the food wasn't great, my pulled pork was just fat with bbq sauce, and the service was lackluster. I had to ask for a dessert menu when they arrived with the check without asking. We had to ask for water refills and the noise level made it hard to hear. Not sure I'll try again.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I feel that this visit required one. Food is good but service has been anything but pleasant our last two visits. To be fair we’ve had the same waitress the last two times. Our waitress was not very friendly, she wouldn’t allow us to finish our sentence and would cut us off mid order. Few people in my party had to repeat themselves because she would start talking and acted like she knew what we were going to ask for. This makes me very upset because we really like this restaurant. She was also rushing us out while we were still eating and kept asking if we needed to go boxes. She brought to go boxes and dropped off the check only to take about 10 min to pick it up. She is rude and hopefully looking for a new job since she looks so unhappy to be working there.

It’s really hot in here & the table that’s placed right next to a post is really annoying. The bathroom only has 2 stalls and it feels like a sauna in there. Food is decent, felt it lacked seasoning though. Beer selection is limited too, feel there could be more. But overall, it’s a decent place to go to.

Ribs are very good, good choice of sauces for ribs, good choice of sides but the grits and greens are horribly over salted which is so unnecessary because the flavor is there without so much salt. Ruined the sides for me, though sweet potato fries and Mac n cheese are way better. Healthy portions, cocktails pretty good, though take much too long to arrive after ordering. Desserts are average.
