    4th of July was very busy and I think our waiter was new. He did his best to get things right and was certainly moving fast. Food as usual was great. It was loud, but people were having fun.

    The food was excellent; service and seating were okay. I felt that the length of time to check in (although I had a reservation) cleanliness of the upstairs wait station, overly-casual waitstaff, and food on the upstairs floor all detracted from what was otherwise a very good meal.

    Very crowded as expected July 3. Parking is an issue there, but you sort of know that going into it. Unfortunately, most of the wines were not available for some reason and I was told that even to order a glass of wine that “was” available the wait was going to be very long and so I was asked “did I really want to order? “ I am not exactly sure why- maybe the bar was very crowded upstairs? Service was not on par, but food was excellent as always- just probably not enough staff to cover.

    Overall... It was an absolutely fantastic experience... 👏 There is only 1 drawback, but this is just meant for a scheduling issue. Driving into the inlet and parking are issues (none of which are the fault of the owners of this restaurant) just be aware of your reservation time and go early to get a parking location near the restaurant and just have a drink at the beautiful top deck bar.

    Food was amazing! Made a poor choice and sat on the bottom patio. There were a lot of flies and zero breeze. Maybe a few fans would help. We will be back the service and food were great!

    Our server was great. The food was all overcooked and took a long time to come out. Another server came to bring us our food but did not clear some things off of the table. I picked up a plate to make room and she knocked over my seltzer all over me and the table- and almost knocked over my water. She barely acknowledged what happened and didn’t offer paper towels to clean the mess. The fabric napkins are t absorbent so I sat at a soggy table for the rest of my meal. It wasn’t the best experience.

    We really enjoyed the seafood selections, including Low Country Boil and a catch of the day: swordfish steak. The building is a cool crazy structure with lovely views of the inlet. Service was attentive and excellent. The only drawback is parking, which can be very challenging when the neighboring marina business is in full swing.

    Beautiful views and comfortable seating arrangements. Service was friendly and knowledgeable, but slow. Server came to our table several times while holding dirty plates, a definite turn off. Bar drinks took longer than the first appetizer. Entrees took an exceedingly long time with 3 of the 5 having visibly been sitting in the window until dry. Shrimp and grits inedible. It was taken off the bill but no apology or offer of anything while waiting for food. Other than “the kitchen is backed up right now” No manager in sight. Fresh catch was good, Shrimp pasta was excellent.

    Great view of the inlet with reasonably priced local food. When I made my reservation I asked for a table next to the window, but they were not able to provide it when we arrived. Still, the view from our table was good. Food was tasty but service was slow. So don't go if you are in a hurry! (but it was ok since it's nice to slow down once in a while)
