Join us for a week of festivities: - Midnight Harmony Launch: A Black Rice and Calamansi Lager, available in cans and on draught starting Thursday, January 23rd. - Lunar New Year Celebration: Friday, January 24th, featuring red envelope making, seasonal décor, Lion Dancers from Tao of Freddie’s Modern Kung-Fu (7:30 pm), and a dumpling pop-up from QXY Dumplings (5 pm - 8 pm). - Prix-Fixe Menu: Available from January 23rd-29th for $88 (serves 2-3). Includes prawn crackers, dumplings, QXY Soup Dumplings, Calamansi Chicken, Longevity Noodles, Vegetable Fried Rice, and Almond Cookies.

A plus customer service… we knocked over a pint of beer. Staff showed up without being called, immediately clean up and provided gave us a replacement pint as well. Staff is knowledgeable on the beer selections and food. This is our 2nd visit and definitely not our last.

I'm sure this place is lively and fun in the summer. Our experience in January was extremely average with the service being fairly poor. At the biggest issue was our meals coming out at significantly different times. There were six of us - three got our food together and then it was about another 10+ minutes until the other meals arrived. While the restaurant was not very busy, we often had to chase down our waiter. There is a lot of fun Guinness merchandise for sale. The man working the sales counter was not very knowledgeable but not a big deal. I probably wouldn't go back in the winter but would try summer. The Guinness was good which is the main thing I suppose!

The 1910 burger was great and the cider was fabulous too! My son got the schnitzel and he absolutely loved it! Both of our plates were clean! Definitely going back when weather is warmer to sit outside

Guinness open Gate Chicago was ok. Service was Horrible. Our server was terrible. He didn’t get us any plates, silverware, napkins or refills on our drinks. I asked for another Beer and he never brought it to me. Terrible, terrible service.

Everything was amazing except the hostesses were clueless and we had to wait 36 minutes for our table. The hostesses are horrible.

Great place although food was average, we were told there was a two hour time limit on our table which usually wouldn’t be a problem but the service was so slow it could have become an issue

The venue is really nice love the open air feel - i gave it ine star for food because we did not eat $21 for six oysters- I get its downtown but come on. Drinks were good but I think its a one and done.

As soon as we arrived the hostess made a point to tell us there was a 2 hour limit to the table and if we weren’t finished and they needed the table we would have to move . This was news to us as open table makes No mention of this at all. Apparently guiesss management is addressing this with open table. Also if you’ve already gone to the Guinness brewery in Dublin please be aware this is nothing like that. The beef stew served with au jus broth instead of a hearty beef gravy as usual. Salads and burgers were good. Fried cheese curds amazing ! Service was outstanding
