Our 150-seat award-winning Aubergine Grille is a show kitchen restaurant, where you can watch our culinary masters prepare your meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

With oversize windows that command views of the majestic snow-crested Rainbow and Sproat Mountains, seating in the Aubergine Grille spills over to to our patio, where we can accommodate an additional 70 seats in the summer months.

Our menus change seasonally and for dinner, the entrees are perfectly paired with a bottle of wine from our extensive wine list, which Wine Spectator Magazine has recognized with their "Award of Excellence" for the past six years.

Open every day for breakfast and Wednesday - Sunday for dinner, our Executive Chef, Brad Cumming, also creates special dinner events throughout the year, so visit this page regularly for updates.

They got the texture right, a little firm but still soft enough. A Greek Taverna on the beach would have done the seasoning quite differently but this was good,

                                                                            Great food. The server was attentive. The atmosphere was good. We almost overlooked the restaurant because we thought it was a typical hotel restaurant but it exceeded our expectations. Great food!

                                                                            Truly the menu looked just ok as in range of food offered however it was prepared perfectly All the flavours were amazing Simple beet salad but fabulous flavour the goats cheese again seemed simple but texture and flour was perfect I had the duck the edge was crisp the fat melted but sitting on the edge of the meat which was Tender flavoursome and moist so the texture and flavour was perfect in fact amazing The wine list was good with acceptable aging I enjoyed a 2015 Bouchard Pere and Fil grand cru Le cordon red burgundy Sensationally excellent flavours and service Thanks chef and Nick
