Another unbelievable meal at Grill 23. My sons love our annual visit, and this year was no different. The 100 day aged steak is simply heavenly! The only downside to this great restaurant is the price. We had a few cocktails so things get expensive quickly, but it's been well worth it for us and that's why we keep coming back!

Our party of nine was treated to a wonderful evening from start to finish. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Service was excellent. Food was exceptional. This was my first time at Grille 23, I will be back for sure. Highly recommend.

We had a great dinner celebrating my husband’s birthday. The host was able to seat us in a booth which was our preference. Our server Michael was top notch. Always a great atmosphere and excellent food at Grill 23.

You expect a high level of service at a restaurant like this which we did not receive. I give it a D minus at best. The food in the atmosphere are great, but I couldn’t tell you who I wait it was. It was either Troy or Tanner they would both show up intermittently. Not a great experience.

It was lovely--wine list, per usual, was off the charts. However, we sat in that room upstairs that Ive never seen before. It was the exact opposite of the ambiance/ vibe we were looking for when we booked G23 for a holiday/ birthday celebration. No decorations. The lights were turned all the way up. it felt like a terrible wedding or banquet hall. And if you were sitting near a window it was approx 50 degrees

This place is WAY OVERRATED. To start, our server was flat. There was no inquiry if we had done here before. There was no interest in guiding us through the menu to make recommendations. We ordered the lobster bisque (it arrived lukewarm at best), crab cakes (zero flavor), Norwegian crab legs, the rib eye steak and the Grill 23 tots (the only thing that arrived hot). I said I would order a drink to have with my meal. The wine and cocktail menu was DROPPED on the table and I was referred to where I would find the wines by the glass. Very presumptuous on their part. My BF who doesn’t drink, had his soda spilled on him. Sure accidents happen but there was no interest to ask how much was dumped on him. The rude waiter who dropped the wine/cocktail menu was giving dirty looks and shaking his head. Told he him he not to shake his head at us. They marginally cleaned up the soda in the floor therefore my BF’s feet were in it and now sticky soda shoes would be tracked into the car. The dinners arrived and as we were making our way through, one of the managers came over to ask our food was, she was quite surprised when I said okay. I also needed to ask for a bowl for the don’t crab shells. After we finished our entrees, we were asked if we would be taking our left over food home, I said yes and the food was returned and placed on the floor. I don’t care for food to be placed on a floor where people walk and who knows what critters come through. We were asked about dessert, we said yes and was handed the menus then proceeded to wait and wait and wait, by the time the server came back, we had zero interest and asked for our bill which was very promptly handed to us. We paid up and I had a conversation with the manager about the zero attention to detail of any kind, the mediocrity of the food and the poor service. Remember you have choices, these places are a “dime a dozen.” This IS NOT what it purports itself to be, go elsewhere. BTW, we were billed for the spilled soda
