                                                                                                    The restaurant was extremely overbooked, leading to chaos right after we sat down. The venue was not big enough to handle the number of people they booked, the service was so slow and unorganised that tables were not clearing in time- just a whole mess! The food was decent enough..when it finally arrived. We had to ask for certain missing items on 4 occasions. When the food did arrive it was very uncomfortable eating, due to a huge number of guests angrily waiting to be seated during the whole experience. We felt so awkward that we even offered to take our pudding to go to free up a table. We were subsequently handed a bag with completely random items that were not what we ordered. We do feel sorry for the restaurant but the staff seemed rather unphased and unbothered. There was supposedly a system failure but we personally had no issue paying. I certainly wouldn’t recommend it.

                                                                                                    Fantastic experience, could not recommend Grilandia more. All the food was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. Was a very special birthday lunch! Was not my first time here, and certainly won’t be my last.

                                                                                                    The food was delicious- particularly the mezze! Staff were very warm and welcoming and loved the leafy decor. Would highly recommend!

                                                                                                    Super service (all were very attentive), lovely restaurant, food was very good quality and prepared to perfection. Solo diner. I had houmous with pitta, lamb chops with chips, one beer and one medium redwine. £50 with service included. They threw in some little complementary cakes with fruit too. Only thing I would say is that the pop music playlist was not appropriate for the setting, maybe some Lebanese music or at least something relaxed (my own preference)

                                                                                                    Good location. Easy to get to the restaurant. Nice environment. Just wish it is warmer. Our table of 10 was quite near to the doorway! Quality of food excellent!
