Welcome to The Grey Stone Fine Food and Spirits. The historic building dates back to 1682 - a full renaissance of the property was completed in 2018 from its previous luster as the once prominent Lavendar Hall - an icon of Bucks County's past. We offer a combination of modern and classic comfort foods in a vibrant, upscale casual atmosphere just 3 minutes from Newtown Borough. We are your choice for a relaxing getaway to a social night out with friends or to celebrate that special occasion with a loved one. Our server Krystyna was very attentive and pleasant. The food was very good but the restaurant was loud. Looking forward to going back again.

Okay. First, nothing should ever been garnished with corn nuts. Not excellent by any means. Ordered the meatloaf, which was sauced with a spicy gelatinous goo, clearly thickened with corn starch. My mashed potatoes were firm and bouncy. The carrots were burnt on one side and not cooked through. My wife got short ribs, which was better, but just a big piece of fat. However, it all started with our appetizers - The burrata was really good despite the thin soggy bread strips. We also got the Street Corn Brussel Sprouts. We had to question if the Brussels sprouts were even cooked. Just not what we expected.

Our server Donna was phenomenal. The room we dined had lovely fireplace and she told about the history of the restaurant going bs I to 1700s. She was attentive and checked on us often and really concerned that we have a wonderful experience

We were all very happy with our dinner, and the service was efficient and very warm. A couple of dings were the delivery roulette and removal of plates before everyone was finished. But the overall experience was very good, and we would definitely go back.

This was our first time dining at Grey Stone and we will be back! The food was great, the wait staff was very attentive and everyone we came across was very friendly! Overall we had a great experience and will be back!

We had a lovely lunch there yesterday and were seated off of the bar area due to one in our party using a walker. The staff took such good care of us and everything was delicious. It was a very positive and enjoyable experience!

The menu has been recently changed for the summer. My friend and I shared an appetizer with burrata cheese, peaches, fig jam and bread; it was absolutely delicious. I had a salad which was also delicious. The chocolate cookie skillet with ice cream was decadent. Our server (forgot her name) was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!

A very disappointing meal. We felt ignored; several tables, having arrived well after us, were served before us; we waited 25 minutes between our salad and main course. The food was so so, not worth the price ($40 for 4 scallops); there was no bread offered. Would not recommend.

We continue to enjoy dining here. The friendly and attentive wait staff made us feel right at home. The food was delicious, and the beautiful outdoor atmosphere added to the perfect evening. Plus is free valet parking. Highly recommend !
