An Ambassador will call 1 to 2 weeks prior with questions to tailor the dinner. If you requested Chef’s counter seating, we will do our best to accommodate but have limited seating. Blind tasting menu: 7 course $137 each or 10 course $187 each. Wine Pairings - Silver: $100, Gold: $150, Platinum: $300. This is a unique dining experience; menus highlight unforgettable flavors from all over the world. The wine tier you choose will not change the quantity, but rather the quality, platinum being the highest, top shelf option. Other beverage options: wine by the glass or bottle, craft cocktails, non-alcohol choices. (All prices are per person and do not include tax or gratuity.) Dining time: 7 course is 2.5 to 3 hours, 10 is 3.5 to 4. Groups over 6, add 60 min to expected dining time. Reservations require credit cards. Gray Sweater offers an unforgettable sensory experience that captivates all the senses. The warm and welcoming ambassadors made us feel like cherished guests when we entered the door. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality set the tone for our visit. This was our first time dining at Gray Sweater, and it added a special touch to our celebration of 15 wonderful years of marriage. Each element of the atmosphere, from the cozy decor to the enticing aromas wafting from each course and the sweet note from the staff wishing us a happy anniversary, contributed to an enchanting evening we will never forget. Clint, Marco, and Michael truly made our experience unforgettable. They were attentive and engaged from the moment we arrived, ensuring that we felt welcomed and valued. They meticulously considered every detail, whether answering our questions patiently or providing insightful recommendations tailored to our interests. Their dedication to excellent service enhanced our experience and left a lasting impression. We were grateful for their expertise and willingness to go the extra mile at every step of our journey. The highlight of our evening was an exquisite 10-course meal and cocktails that took us on a culinary journey. Each course featured a meticulous curation of ingredients, showcasing seasonal produce and artisanal products, all beautifully presented to engage the eye as much as the palate. Each course and cocktail was thoughtfully crafted to meld diverse flavors, revealing new and unexpected combinations. Chef Black, a true culinary wizard, applied his deep understanding of gastronomy to create dishes that not only tantalized our taste buds but also played with various temperatures, enhancing the overall dining experience. Each course's interplay of hot and cold elements elevated the flavors and textures, making the meal even more memorable. Thank you for an extraordinary evening. The food was imaginative and delicious. The service was singularly focused on providing a personalized experience. I highly recommend Grey Sweater for those interested in having a culinary journey that is creative and unique.

Grey Sweater provides an exceptional experience. It is more than just a great meal. The food and service are fantastic. The variety of foods, flavors, and textures across the different courses is incredible. The wine and cocktails we had were fantastic as well. We have been several times and loved it each time.

Exceptional experience! Food was beyond amazing. 7 courses of heaven. Dining like this is a decadent experience and the small portions add to that although I did find myself wanting more. Lol! Adding wine parings is a must. Really enhanced the evening. The wait staff were extremely knowable on the wines and food. They were as impressive as the surprises on each plate. While it was quite expensive and will only be a place we visit once a year we loved every minute of it and left looking forward to next Christmas so we can go again.

Blind menu. Choose. 7 or 10 course dinner.Have to make a reservation, you will get a call from ambassador that will ask food allergies. Multiple course menu the serving sizes are small. Each course has different flavor combinations. The presentation was top notch. The service is 5 star level. Ambiance was great. Good way to celebrate an important milestone.

One comes to this restaurant with certain expectations and I must say the staff here does irs level best to meet or exceed them. We had the 7 course tasting menu with the gold level wine pairing and were rewarded with most interesting food creations and wine that accentuated it's uniqueness. Some wines were definitely more appreciated than others, but in total all were exceptional. Each course was peceded by a wine pour with background on its location & creation, followed by the course presentation again with an explanation of contents & preparation. While expensive, the experience is unmatched, and to me worthwhile. My only complaint was the cold draft hitting the back of my neck from the outside door throughout the meal, but hey you have to suffer sometimes to enjoy greatness!

First visit to Grey Sweater and it did not disappoint. Outstanding service and it was a fun dining experience to go in blind on a few of the courses. Made for a fun dining experience. Great water menu as well. Food was excellent. Will definitely be making another trip there in the future.
