We always enjoy doing tasting menus for special nights like New Year’s Eve and Valantine’s and want to put them on more often, so we came up with ‘Grey Mondays’. Always the last Monday of each month and always a great time. The menu is a shared 6-course set menu for $95 per person +tax and gratuity. You can expect a snack, crudo, vegetable, carb, protein, and dessert course. Thoughtful wine pairings will of course be available. Can’t wait to see you! On Wednesday, October 23rd, we’ll be joined in our wine cellar for a special 4-course dinner with 4th generation winemaker Guillaume Lavollée from the iconic estate Génot-Boulanger. Based in Meursault and family-owned, Génot-Boulanger has 22 hectares of vineyards and produces from a remarkable 30 different appellations. The $330/pp (+tax and gratuity) ticket price includes 8 wines from the estate to be paired up with three savoury courses, followed by a cheese course for dessert.
