Eine junge, brünette Dame, die recht plump und patzig ein Stuhl vom Tisch weg trug, meine Tasche umplatzierte und uns direkt aufforderte nach 2 Stunden den Tisch zu verlassen, weil unser Tisch “Doppeltbelegt” war - ist uncharmant aufgefallen und hat für Irritation gesorgt. Der Zeitdruck hat unseren ganzen Abend überschattet und ein unbehagliches Gefühl erzeugt. Das Essen und das Ambiente war wie immer Top. Bei diesem Preisniveau erwarte ich aber einen besseren Umgang mit Gästen.

Wir waren im Greta Oto sehr angenehm überrascht von der Location. Es ist eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft schön. Das Essen hat unsere Erwartungen bestens erfüllt. Im Service möchten wir besonders Marina erwähnen, die uns sehr gut und kompetent durch den Abend geführt hat. Auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter im Restaurant als auch in der Bar waren sehr freundlich . Preis/Leistung hat für uns gut gepasst. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

One of the best restaurants in Munich by far - great service, food, ambience. Fantastic place, will come back for sure.

Starter steak tartar as spicy. That is oke it is a Latin restaurant. Main course was not warm. We complained. We would get a digestive. Then we had to move to the bar then we had to stay at the table after 20 minutes of being a ghost we asked them what they are doing? Complained the whole story again. No solution we’d not recommend them even for Michelin guide.

Ein herausragendes Erlebnis, wir hatten das Chef's Choice-Signature Sharing Menü - einfach großartig, sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, perfekter Service!

Das Ambiente ist hervorragend, ebenso die Aussicht. Das Personal war ok. Die Getränke sehr gut. Das Essen überhaupt nicht gut, abgesehen von der Guacamole. Der Pulpo war super fad, der Fisch war komisch, die Tacos waren unterdurchschnittlich. Für Getränke kann man jederzeit hingehen, zum Essen nicht.
