Just as good if not better than the Cabin John center location. We’re returning tonight for another visit

I cannot get over the fact as to how terrible our experience was. The service was subpar. The ambiance was subpar. The food was subpar somewhere between Pizza Hut and Olive Garden. Caprese: overripe tomatoes cut too thin with barely any olive oil or balsamic glaze. Honestly it lacked flavor. Pollo Donaldo: the chicken was overcooked and extremely dry chicken. The chicken jus which tasted like Heinz chicken gravy. Veal Parmigiana: I have never had such an overcooked veal before. I had to ask for a steak knife, and I still could not cut it. The tomato sauce tasted as if it was heated just out of a can with little seasoning. It was over watery too. Service: The staff is poorly trained and do not know how to greet, serve or pick up at the tables. Ambiance: Loud and meh. Even the wine tasted watered down. Such a disappointment.

We have patronized the cabin John restaurant for years and were anxious to try this newest location. We were delighted to find that the food, the ambience, the service - everything was equal to if not even better than the cabin John location! Highly recommend!

Overall, our experience last night was very good. The food was, as usual, excellent. However, my mother and I both got sangria, which was the worst sangria I have ever had. I could not even drink it. (My mother drank hers but agreed it was terrible.) I told the server that I could not drink the sangria, and he offered to bring me a new one (which I did not take), but he didn't take it off the bill. Nevertheless, the waitstaff was very attentive and friendly, and our experience was good.

The food was good and the restaurant was nice. The noise level was not great. I know this is a new location. There needs to be some adjustments. To make it as Great as the other location in this family’s know how to do the very best.

Server took a long time to get our order. Servers were constantly coming to our table with other peoples orders. Environment was a bit chaotic. Atleast the dessert (tiramisu) was on the house & it was very good. I asked my pasta to be extra saucy but it was not saucy at all. Otherwise the food was okay.

Our New Go TO Place! Great food as always at all the Greggorios Restaurants and the Staff brings a Fun upbeat attitude! Great Spot for any occasion!
