Food was terrible and the service was worse. Waiting 1.5 hours for food. Eggs were raw, bacon was so hard and dry it was inedible, bread was also dry and served with no butter, then the butter provided was dried and hard. Waiter was rude and had an awful attitude.

Staff were great, smashed avocado with poached eggs and bacon was delicious. Tea was weak but extra teabags were brought over with no hassle (yea, I know, you don’t go to Grind to drink tea…😉). Extensive menu with great choices and quick service. Quite noisy with not the best acoustics but overall a buzzy, smart venue with great food and smiley, friendly staff.

Cosy atmosphere. Service was very good despite reviews saying they weren’t but maybe because not too busy. Waitress gave good recommendations on cocktails and food. Had a lovely evening

Sat in the area by the door, which made it quite noisy, but also didn't have staff attending to it much. Portion sizes were pretty poor, and most of the food was cold, which was disappointing especially given the price. They also put the bacon from the standard full breakfast onto the vegetarian breakfast. We told them, but no action was taken. Additionally when asking what a Spanish latte was, the waitress failed to mentioned it was an iced coffee. Normally grind is great, but they really missed the mark in lots of areas.

We waited 20 minutes from when we were seated, no one came to take our drinks order, offer water, anything - there were plenty staff, seemed to be avoiding eye contact. We ended up walking out :(

Love the food at Grind however, the service was very hit and miss. I waited at least 10 minutes and ended up having to ask for a drink. My friend was late but we ordered her drink and our food at the same time … the food turned up before her drink. Then when we’d finished our glasses were taken away but plates were left on our table. Such a shame as I do love Grind!

I've been to this grind multiple times and enjoyed it. However my trip on Sunday was a little lackluster. The dining hall has always been noisy, but this time it was hard to hold a conversation. The food taste and quality has seemed to have dipped since my last visits. We ate our food but quickly paid and left, as there wasn't any ambience to enjoy this time.
