We made an early reservation and only one other table was seated. We asked to sit at a corner table…it was a bit tight as part of the wall protrudes out and there was a chord plugged into an outlet next to my head on the banquette. Our Server was very nice and helpful. We ordered the trio of dips with our cocktails while we looked over the menu. As the starter arrived, a couple was seated next to us. The woman seated across was talking so loudly nonstop that I couldn’t hear myself think or even hear my Husband or have a conversation with him. It went on for 15 minutes. We could not enjoy our starter or drinks. I asked our Server if we could move to another table. At this time there were only 4 tables seated with one party about to leave. The Manager came over and said we could only move to a table which was a smaller table in back of ours and still close to the woman who was talking in the top of her lungs. He claimed that all the other tables were reserved for guests with reservations coming later. We were supposed guests with reservations too but he had no interest in trying to make us comfortable. We asked for the check and left. We ended up stopping at a nearby pub which was much noisier but in a good way. It was energetic and we did not have someone’s conversation intruding on our own conversation. When a restaurant is not full, why do they insist in seating people directly next to each other rather than spacing them apart. The experience and atmosphere at Greca does not warrant the price level, even if it was less expensive there is no reason to make guests feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. I also feel there was a bit of sexism, had my husband asked to move the Manager would not have had an issue moving us (maybe).

Greca has amazing food and a friendly waitstaff — everything we ate was delicious. We look forward to going back.

We have been wanting to try Greca for quite some time. Finally made it there. Our waiter was super helpful and informative and made great suggestions. You could tell he knew the menu. We had tomato fritters and the flambé cheese appetizer both were wonderful and for dinner, the Bronzino and Gyro board. Will definitely visit again and would highly recommend.

Took a long time to get our food, over a half hour. Bronzinie (spelling) was good.

Hi Steven, I apologize. The server should have notified you that bronzino takes at least thirty minutes to cook.

This was our first visit to Greca MKB in New Milford. It was one of our dear (Greek) friends birthday and we decided to give it a try. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by our server (Dennis) and host (Yannis) who were extremely attentive the entire evening. As I mentioned, we were there with someone very familiar with Greek cuisine and cooking and she agreed she couldn't have made anything better herself. The food was excellent, fresh & authentic. We would strongly recommend Greca MKB without hesitation, and would encourage folks to give it a try. We'll DEFINITELY be going back. YAMAS!!

My husband and I love Greca. We highly recommend it. The food is fresh and delicious. We had the fried tomato appetizer tonight and it blew us away. Don't let the location distract you. The chef at Greca is outstanding. Good service. Easy parking. Sweet ambiance. We will be back again and again.
