Outstanding service and food. Took my wife here for her birthday and it was the best start to her day. Our server Matthew was everything we could’ve asked for and they definitely made her birthday special. We are coming back as soon as possible. The really brought the magic of the parks to the table!

Food was mediocre at best, couldn't finish my turkey bologneaise due to terrible flavour, waiter was awful. Love the one in San Diego tho.

We had a 12 noon reservation when we got there the host said our table is not ready. 30 minutes later we were seated. waited 15 minutes for our server. took our order and got our drink. it took awhile for our food, we got our food at 1:20 which is almost an hour since we got seated. the appetizer cane together with our entree. and when I got my food. fries where cold, the burger is not. I would never come back here. after this experience.

We went for Christmas Eve and we had a lovely time! The restaurant is beautiful and it is fun to go in the pixar hotel and meet bingbong and she the art work and pixar theme. Parking was easy and free and you are not far from downtown. We enjoyed the food but the server was not very knowledgeable with food intolerance questions and seemed to busy to double check the answers we also were not allowed to modify the sides on the menu. Food was great and we would go back!

We chose this place due to its walkability from The Grand Californian. The hostess was rude. We had a reservation and we ended up waiting close to a half hour to be seated. Server was fine. Food was expensive for what it was. I know it's Disney but none of us really enjoyed the food. Over seasoned and salty. Atmosphere was ok but we had a couple with a child that literally screamed/cried the whole meal almost. Server kept giving us faces and sympathetic looks. In my opinion he should have offered to move us. I have kids as well and have enough sense to remove them from the restaurant acting like this. But since this couple did not a gesture from the restaurant to make our meal more relaxed would have been appreciated. Much better dining experiences in the area in my opinion.

We went on Thanksgiving for dinner. The hostest stand was overwhelmed, for sure, but they did their very best. There were a lot of people waiting there seated and tons of open seats in the restaurant. There sat at the table for 10 minutes before we were greeted by the server, so we ordered everything at once, for fear it would be another 10 if we just ordered drinks. It took just as long to get the drinks as it did the food, which was shocking! The food was FANTASTIC! For it being Thanksgiving and them serving over 500 people that day, I was impressed by the service and the food. This is my new favorite place! Can't wait for my next visit. Ps. Not a them issue, but the hotel needs valet.

The food was terrible and incredibly overpriced. We aren’t even picky but there was something off with every item. The maple bacon donut tasted like a donut left over from last week that they poured a glaze Over. Very disappointing.
