We sat at the bar and our bartender, I believe her name was Daniella, was outstanding, despite being very busy.

The noise levels were very loud. Dining outside wasn't an option because it was a very hot day. The food was fine, not exceptional. My GPS led me to Simba parking lot instead of the Pixar lot so it was a long walk and my restaurant validation didn't work. I ended up paying $24 for parking-very pricey for going to lunch with lifelong friends. It was my mistake in that I didn't realize we were actually at Disneyland. I thought it was a stand alone restaurant. Live and learn. The service was nice. We were allowed to stay for a few hours so we did get a quieter environment closer to the time they were closing down lunch.

Great Maple has a nice ambiance and decor. The food is pretty good but severely overpriced for the portions. I was very disappointed that there were no meat options for breakfast/brunch other than pork options. All of the staff members were pleasant.

We had breakfast on Friday September 6th. I had chicken and donuts and my daughter the hot honey chicken sandwich. The donuts were very good, but the chicken in both of our meals had a "fishy" taste. I thought I was imagining it, but once my daughter tried the chicken alone she agreed. We could not eat the chicken. Once I returned home, I researched why chicken would taste fishy and learned the chicken was spoiled! Thank God we didn't finish the chicken! Not only that, breakfast for 2 people was over $100 for spoiled food. We will never return.

We went for breakfast. But they serve a full menu all day. The french toast logs were huge and so delicious. The traditional and cajan versions of eggs Benedict were awesome as well. Friendly quick service in a relaxing atmosphere.

We notified the host and server about a gluten allergy. The server was not aware of ingredients in the dishes I was inquiring about. I ordered the ribeye hash off of the gluten free menu (which didn’t show any substitutions needed for GF). It is supposed to come on potatoes. I was notified that there’s cross contamination and I said it’s not a problem. When it came out it was served on tortilla chips. Not at all what I was expecting. I asked the server if I could get it on potatoes and she said no because the chips make it GF. However, I’ve ordered this dish in the past as a GF option and it came on the potatoes (as potatoes don’t have gluten). I also looked at the allergen list provided on great maple’s website, and confirmed that the dish does not contain gluten. It didn’t need to be served on tortilla chips. But again, our server had no idea what was compliant and what wasn’t. I was able to switch it out for something else but it seemed like after the hassle we were intentionally forgotten about. I no longer had a fork to eat (it was taken on the chip plate) and had to wait another 10+ minutes for our server to come back so I could get a fork to eat my new meal. By that time it was cold. Then waited another 30 minutes to pay and leave. Just overall a poor experience

Nice things to see great service but food needs a bit of work hash was great bit get rid of those chips .

Our group had mixed reactions. Hot honey chicken sandwich and salmon dish were very good. Falafel and Ribeye hash was not. Potatoes in hash were particularly bad. Hard to chew. We’ve had better experiences in the past, but this wasn’t one of them.

Wanted to love this place as it’s the only dine in option at the hotel. We notified the front manager and server of gluten allergy and the server had no knowledge of what was gluten free and could not make alternate suggestions. When our food came, half the items were gone, a different server said they were removed because they had gluten. We were appreciative of this, but we weren’t given alternatives to have instead.
