Gravy is always a favorite date night spot for us! It was even sweeter being able to celebrate Valentine’s Day there! Cannot recommend Gravy enough!

I've eaten at Gravy several times over the last 8 or 9 years. This was large and by far the worst service experience I've had there. In general, this was probably in the bottom 10% of all of my service experiences at a restaurant of this caliber. The server kept forgetting about our table. On multiple occasions they would apologize for the poor service and then go back to delivering more poor service. There's either an issue with the work load that every server is given or this individual did a poor job. Can't say the food was good enough to recover from that, I think Gravy is off my dining list now.

Expected it to be busy on Valentines, and it was, but meal took a very long time and when it did come, it was just ok. Not a lot of sauce (gravy) on the spaghetti with our meals and the chicken parm was very over done. The garlic knots were served barely warm and my feeling is that the bruschetta should be served with buffalo mozzarella, not the dry ricotta that was served with it.

This was a Valentine’s Day lunch (they were fully booked for anything later than 3:30). When we got there the downstairs had all of the tables decorated with red roses, but the seater told us it was too busy downstairs (there were literally just 2 tables with patrons at the time) so they had to seat us upstairs instead. Which was fine, but NOTHING was decorated for Valentines Day up there. I’m not sure why they couldn’t have placed roses up there as well, it’s not like we were walk ins, we had reservations. Anyway, we ordered a meat and cheese board, which was ok. I had chicken parm which was very good and my husband had the gnocchi, also very good. The server was very pleasant but the meal to me was ruined with the ambiance. Any other day it would have been fine, but not for Valentine’s Day.

The food was good but the service was bad and it was very loud. We had to repeatedly ask for drink refills and condiments. They did not have nonalcoholic beer. The waitress did not seem to know that there is nonalcoholic beer. She offered Michelob Ultra when we asked for nonalcoholic.

Food was great and ambiance was very nice. Was just a little slow on service given how empty the restaurant was getting during our visit. The wines we had were great but our group ordered some margaritas off the drink menu that no one seemed to enjoy. The food was excellent.
