One Entrée. Reservation Policy: To provide a seamless dining experience for all our guests, a $25 per person fee will apply for "no-call, no-show" reservations. Food was good, decent. Definitely NOT on par with the prices charged. Our table was placed right by the front door so the cold blasts were an off-putting facet to our dining experience. The bread served before dinner tasted frozen, not fresh. Portion sizes were fine. I just had higher expectations for the prices charged. We have had better dinners in downtown Park City, FOR SURE.

We love Grappa and took some friends to enjoy it for the first time. Everyone’s meals were delicious but we all wished there was an option for a side of the homemade pasta. Our server was top notch and we love the ambiance.

Never had such poor service. Noted dinner was a birthday occasion and requested a candle in a dessert. Called to confirm request which was confirmed. Talked to our waiter when we arrived and he said he was aware and confirmed the request. They then had us order dessert which we did he delivered dessert and then the bill with no Bday candle or anything. He then delivered a dessert with a candle to another guest who also had a Bday. When I gave him my credit card and asked him why he did nothing he gave a confused look and bizarre resoonse. A terrible experience. Also my dinner was cold and over seasoned. A very poor level of service and one of the worst dinning experiences I have ever had.

We had a fabulous dinner tonight. Our server Leslie did an amazing job! We tried three salads: Insalata Mista, the Asparsgus and the Caesar and we finished all of them. The eggplant parm was unbelievable, as was the Fettucini al Funghi and the Lobster Fregola Sarda. Somehow we made room for dessert and again Leslie helped steer us to the perfect desserts to end the meal! It was worth the effort to secure the reservation and we will be back next year for sure!

Grappa never disappoints. I had the Salmon and my husband had the Duck. My salmon was cooked perfectly and had a delicious horseradish sauce. It was served with a nice light salad and mashed potatoes and both were delicious. The atmosphere is so cozy and warm and the service is spectacular. It’s always a winner for a special Park City Dinner.

This was my first time back after several years and I'm sad to say it was just ok. I know people love this place but I felt like they have rested on their laurels. The service was great but I felt like the kitchen has become a bit lazy serving comfort food that is nothing special.

The decor is quite dated. It seems the third floor is the kid floor. It was loud and children were crying at 7:30p. The food was pretty good and we had great service.
