Food was fantastic - service wasn’t bad, it was inept. Check in 10 minutes early for our reservation and was told they were running behind in the seating. We asked to be seated outside and told them we would wait at the bar. 45 minutes later the bar tender went to the hostess desk about our reservation. They had forgotten us. Finally got seated and promptly were ignored for 20 minutes. Hostess comes over and apologizes and told us the waitress would be right over. Which she was - except it was to the table next to us who had just been seated. Finally we gave up on getting a server and placed our order with a food runner. As I said food was fantastic, location is beautiful - service is inept.

We’ve always had good service at Grapefruit Basil. This time, not good. We had brunch reservations for 5. Table was set for 4, but that was rectified after asking the second server. Slowest service. After about 15 minutes, she came back and said the coffee was out, but were making more. Took 15 minutes more to get it and forgot the sugar. One in our party ordered a Bloody Mary, which came 20 minutes later. Our server seemed very irritated, so maybe the place was understaffed. The food was really good though.

Service was slow and confused. Repeatedly servers were delivering meals to wrong tables and wandering around with food in their hands. Ordered the Halibut and it looked like leftovers.

A hidden gem in the desert! Great patio area to enjoy the desert evenings. Service was very attentive and the menu offers an interesting variety. Definitely one to add to the list.

EXCELLENT! All the way around! Now that the weather is allowing outdoor seating, it is truly magical. Not pretentious, just a beautiful place to gather and have great food. Not necessarily fancy, but comfortably upscale. Delicious drinks and a creative menu all served by an excellent staff…..especially Josie! Check it out…TBM will not disappoint!

Best outdoors. Inside is too much like a hotel (it is) but outside is just lovely. Menu is short but good. Esperol is wonderful daytime drink

waiters only attended to us once for water and once to get our food order. OVER AN HOUR PASSED. food never came. drinks never refilled, when asked to speak with manager, management got defensive and very inappropriate with basic questions about the status of our food. waiter blamed the kitchen, manager blamed the waiter. we went to in&out eat and got 100% service there. EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE, DO NOT RECOMMEND
