I ordered a Thai ginger salad, only to find a *grasshopper* in it. When we informed the staff, they barely seemed to care. I understand that accidents happen but the lack of care and attention to food safety was alarming. Needless to say we didn’t finish our meal and we won’t be going back. If you’re looking for fresh food and basic hygiene I would recommend booking elsewhere.

The service and food was amazing. From the time we walked in we were impressed. This is a go-to spot.

Great service from the moment I walked in, friendly hostesses and server was on top of it 👍 food was incredible. Skirt steak and wagyu burger 🍔 🔥

Despite the positive reviews and appealing photos of the food and ambiance, our lunch at Granville in West Hollywood left us feeling like we were dining at an upscale chain rather than a distinctive local spot. The experience felt scripted, as if the food suggestions had been well-rehearsed rather than tailored to the customers preferences. We could have been in any chain restaurant, anywhere—not in the heart of West Hollywood. I ordered the poke bowl, which was fresh, but the overly sweet dressing overpowered the umami flavors of the ingredients. My wife’s Wagyu burger was decent, but it didn’t stand out among the many excellent burger options available in WeHo. The noise level inside was high, so we chose to sit outside. Unfortunately, this was a mistake, as the Saturday afternoon traffic on Beverly Boulevard made it nearly impossible to hold a conversation. Customers seated inside on the open terrace likely had a better experience, balancing ambiance and conversation. Overall, there was nothing about the meal or atmosphere that would make us want to return. We were hoping for a delightful Saturday lunch at a new discovery in WeHo, but left disappointed.

I love this restaurant because they always have vegan or vegi dishes that are flavorful and well made. The cocktails are delicious and always have creative ingredients. I will make a point to meet friends or family here because the menu has various food types, the ambiance is relaxing and the service is engaging. This visit however was not great. The dishes we received did not leave the kitchen with the high standard that brings us back to dining here. I hope that it was an (Off) staffing situation. The Chiliquillis arrived with oil-soaked chips and the dish was swimming in cold oil from the vegetables. I sent it back. My friend ordered the Poke soba noodles the dish had no flavor. I will not let this deter me from dining here in the future.

The food, drinks, and ambiance was perfect! Our server Brittany was so sweet and gave us a dessert for our anniversary! 10/10 would recommend!

Good food, interestingly prepared. Both the almond and the trout were pleasant surprises. We'll be back.
