The worst experience that we’ve had yet at Grand Ticino. First, they’ve updated their menu to remove the pasta alforno and they’ve remove the arrabbiata sauce. Two beers arrived with weird floaters circulating in the beer. When we noticed after some had already been consumed, we inquired with the waiter to say maybe there’s a problem with the tap only to find out that it was actually dirty glasses because each were poured from a can. Then when the dinner arrived, the noodles had not been properly drained so the sauce was as runny as water. For the price for 4, $160 with tip, we could have gotten better at a fast food restaurant like Fazolis. Just not good!!! It appears that the Amore team that started the restaurant has lost focus and let their sister restaurant suffer.

Every time we visit this restaurant the food has been delicious. We had several people with us who hadn’t eaten there and also loved the food. Our waiter was great at giving us time to chat and to take our orders. This restaurant is located near to where we live. Great place to have dinner.

Sat at the bar with my wife, attention to detail was lacking. I placed order for the Caprese salad and it wasn't very pleasant; I placed an order for pizza at the same time and it came out halfway through the salad. Of course, part of the timing problem was attributable to the bartender not getting basic napkins and silverware to us for about three minutes after the salad arrived

A little disappointed. I have eaten lunch here and it was excellent. Food was luke warm. Service was lacking - after our dinner, our plates were picked up and our ticket was brought. We weren't offered the option of ordering dessert! Not sure we will return for dinner - lunch is a better option in my opinion.

I was sorry to say that my beet salad was not up to GT standards. There was only one type of beet, very little lettuce, not worth the money.

They charged us for 3 coffees after they told us they were all out of coffee filters and there would be no coffee for us!!

Ordered the Lamb chops medium rare. They came out with only a faint hint of any pink. Very disappointing.
