   Buffet only for lunch on Sundays. Dinner menu starts later. Salmon, chicken and eggs too dry. Bacon good and crispy! Shrimp had to be peeled which was too messy for this type of restaurant. Green frosting and Oreos wasted on dry cake, brownie tasteless. Chocolate torte good. Pasta bar too crowded to try out. First choice of wine out of stock but manager recommended a wine I already had for a second choice and it was good. Autumn was a great waitress and met my needs perfectly, saving this review. I will try again but come when I can order off the menu. Beautiful venue but the music didn't match and was too rowdy.

   The experience was fantastic! The view both inside and out was great! Lovely environment, price was a little high but overall a wonderful buffet!

   The food at the Grand Concourse was excellent. The service was second to none. And the night was beautiful with the view of the city. It was my birthday, so I was treated with the crème brûlée, which is delightful. Thank you Grand Concourse for a lovely evening.

   Really nice quiet evening along the river, enjoyed the scenic industrial modern view.

   Very nice atmosphere and accommodations. i requested a table with a view and we were given the perfect seat. The service was good, friendly. The food was excellent. It is a beautiful place overall. I recommend.

   Selected the Grand Concourse for my husband's birthday as it is a special historical and memorable setting, offering wonderful views of the city skyline and Mon River from the River Room. The lunch menu was large with offerings to satisfy any palate. The wine line is also extensive. We began our experience with a Champagne cocktail and took in the relaxing atmosphere before ordering. Our first courses were escargot and butternut squash soup--both excellent. Our entrees followed -blackened scallops and crab cake-both well prepared and delicious. Our server was outstanding--attentive but not intrusive and very knowledgeable about the menu. He also offered to take some photos of us at our table as well as on the "Grand Staircase". Turns out he is an excellent photographer as well. My husband reported that it was one of the best birthday meals that he has ever had. We will be back soon!

   We were a large party of 14, but there was only one other table in the restaurant on a quiet Monday. Entrees arrived 1.5 hours after we were seated (no apps, only a few soups and salads). Food was subpar. Very disappointing as we were excited to show off the venue to our out-of-town guests.

   Exceptional venue with spectacular view of the cityscape. Dined at twilight with a table in the River Room; delightful! Service was exemplary; allowed us to converse as we enjoyed the dining experience. Service was present, but not intrusive, and the evening proceeded properly. Crab cakes were perfect and the red snapper was done perfectly. Salads were fresh and bountiful. How do you spell perfect evening?
