Incredible pix fixe dinner for Valentines day. The scallop appetizer course and ravioli appetizer course and lobster & filet course were all delicious. Service was very good. Everything was amazing except the red velvet cake dessert which was just too dried out unfortunately.

It was a good experience for a Valentines Dinner. Server and staff are very attentive and friendly.

Really cool spot for breakfast lunch or dinner with an eclectic menu. Reasonable prices for downtown and the food and service were great. It has an art gallery and a lot of other interesting displays. Highly recommend for at least dinner based on this experience.

Unfortuntely a string of errors with our first visit here. We booked a 615pm reservation and arrived on time. We were told our table was not ready, we checked back and were simply told our table was still not ready (no explanation or apology). I am not exaggerating, we waited an hour before checking in again and surprise, our table was ready. I use OpenTable frequently but I have never had this happen before (an hour past a confirmed reservation). We also saw several individuals seated before us, even though they arrived after us. We also saw no less than 6 open tables. The issues continued. We ordered a Chicken Pot Pie, we were later told they were out. We ordered a burger with cheese and no tomatoes. We received a burger with no cheese and tomatoes. We were also never offered ketchup with the fries and our server did not check on us until it was way too late. I understand things happen, I grew up in a family owned restaurant. But the series of issues for such a large and established location was surprising. The staff were nice, the ambiance was gret as well. They did ultimately apologize for the wait. Looking at some other reviews, this seems to be a frequent occurance.

Probably my most disappointing dining experience in Palm Springs. I had been looking forward to eating here. Ambiance and service were excellent—food not so much. Bland Caesar dressing tasted bottled and croutons tasted stale. I ordered chicken pot pie. That implies pie—like a crust. What came was little cast iron skillet of cream sauce with a few peas and carrots and six (yes I counted) small pieces of chicken. This was topped with a slice of a baguette. My husband’s supposed 8 oz wagyu burger was thinner than a quarter pounder patty and smaller. Where’s the beef? Won’t be going there again.
