Born to an Italian immigrant family, Executive Chef Pat Pascarella has a love for authentic Neopolitan cuisine that runs as deeply as his roots. He grew up savoring the traditional Italian cooking of his mother and grandmother, and it wasn't long before he found himself training under James Beard Award-winning chefs and helming his own kitchens throughout Connecticut, New York, and Atlanta, Georgia.

Grana, Chef Pat's latest culinary endeavor, is directly inspired by the robust southern Italian cooking of his family's matriarchs. It is in their honor that our menu is kept simple and classics are left untouched.

Excellent new Italian restaurant in Roswell! The food was some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the service was perfect! What more can you ask for??

I ate at the original Grana a few years ago, and this one was even better. It was PHENOMENAL. Best food, best waiter, best experience. Will definitely be back!!

What a great restaurant. The vibe is really cool- can’t wait for the patio to open. Service was top notch. Food was delicious. Everything on the menu sounded good. Bar was comfortable.

What a wonderful location and such amazing food. The staff was super attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and the owner’s story. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and they even had a signed card for us. That sealed it for us to be a local favorite. We can’t wait to go back and try their pizzas. Highly recommend!

We parked in parking deck. The restaurant is on the 2nd floor and faces a major street. You would think there would be an entrance easily found. You actually enter from the parking deck, no signage to speak of. I had to call to find how to get to the restaurant. Clint was very helpful in directing us. Restaurant is very loud, patrons were loud to the point our server ask if we wanted to be moved. There is nothing to tame the noise level. Our server, Tiana, was wonderful. Very attentive but not overly so. Very knowledgeable about food and made good recommendations. She was wonderful. Caesar Salad was delicious, fresh and dressed perfectly. Husband and I shared it. He had the rolled lasagna and enjoyed it but said he would not order again. I had the PACCHERI GENOVESE which is a short rib off the bone with caramelized onion, pecorino suggested by Tiana. It was excellent and a large serving. I would order again. Overall our experience was great and we will return. We did notice how good the pizzas look. The crowd was younger and it was NYE and we dine late. We are seniors and enjoy fine dining. We will definitely put this on our dining rotation.

We chose to have our New Year’s Eve dinner at Grana in Roswell and it far exceeded our expectations. Our server, Brie, was phenomenal and so kind! We also grabbed a drink at the bar before our reservation and the bartenders were fast, friendly, and made amazing drinks. Very impressive for only being open a few weeks!! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and delicious! Location was a little hard to find but once we figured that out it was great. You have to find the stairwell it get to the elevator.

Great food and a good atmosphere. Tried to sit us for dinner at tables which had chairs with no backs; would have been very uncomfortable for the amount of time we were there. Service was pretty good.
