Located in the new Village at Rancharrah, Grafted is a Whiskey and Wine Bar serving up over 140 whiskies from around the world and an eclectic selection of more than 100 wines, here you are sure to discover a new favorite. Cocktail list has a focus on the whisk(e)y classics but we also feature a limited back bar with other specialty concoctions and unique spirits. A few drafts for the barley purists and a menu with shareable plates, different than your typical dining experience. Come find us at the Village at Rancharrah; we are directly in front of the chess board! Walk-ins are welcome, reservations are highly suggested. Bring your friends and your thirst and take home some memories, Cheers!

Reservations for groups of 6 or less will be limited to a 2 hour dining experience on high traffic nights.

The food was great but the service was maddeningly slow. The servers were nice but the gaps between the courses left my wife ready to give up on the last two courses and leave. We decided to stay to the end, though. Speed up the service and this place is top notch.

We love this place and go every chance we get! The wine and whiskey lists are exceptional and the staff is very knowledgeable.

Cocktails were terrific and Dinner was great! (Brilliant cosmo x 2!) Our server was wonderful and we really enjoyed our evening. The noise level is high which I don’t care for so we will enjoy dining out on the patio once it’s open.

We stayed for 3 hours chatting and dining - it was so enjoyable! The sharing menu is a great way to keep everyone engaged.

Ambiance was great, food was DELICIOUS, drinks were tasty, employees were very nice, knowledgeable and attentive. We had the Whisky and Wine flights, the petite charcuterie board and the pork belly. All were really good, but the pork belly was to die for!!! It was soooooo delicious. I highly recommend it. The inside of this establishment is beautiful and well designed. We sat outside to enjoy the weather since it was such a beautiful day yesterday. Fresh air, people watching and conversating with the people at the table next to us was very relaxing and fun. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back!

Thank you for the positive review! I agree, the pork belly is my favorite thing on the menu! We also do a version for lunch that is a bahn mi sandwich. It too is to die for.

The drinks and drink selection was great, however it took 15 minutes for our server to greet us and another 25 minutes after we ordered our drinks to get them. 30 minutes after we got our drinks our order had still not been taken so we left cash on the table and went elsewhere for our meal.

Very nice atmosphere. We went with another couple, and it was perfect. We all found items on the menu that were delicious, and the drinks were great.
