I was a bit surprised that the place was very accessible. Not too many people when I started but I am an early bird when it comes to dinner. The place grilled up very quickly. Our waitress was very friendly and suggested some good pizza for us. The meatballs were delicious!!! I will definitely be making a return!!!

The service was excellent even though we were late. The only problem was that the door was constantly open, and it was very cold. We were seated next to the door, and my noodles were burnt in my pasta.

After making reservations for over a month, we were told that they had a reduced menu for NYE, which was about 25% of the regular menu. When we were getting ready to sit, the hostess came by and switched our menus. My biggest issue was that after we found out that some tables were given access to the full menu. So who decides who gets the full menu and who doesn't? Felt kind of cheated to be honest! Food and service was very good...

We had a reservation on New Year's Eve at Graffito. We were seated promptly. The environment was one of relaxed enjoyment. The restaurant was kid friendly, the table next to ours had two young girls with the family. Everyone in the restaurant seemed happy and well served. Our server was knowledgeable and handled our requests and orders perfectly. The food was delicious. I had the Lobster Pasta. My husband had the Ziti with Sausage. We each had a mixed drink. We were well pleased and do recommend Graffito.

Just wanted to share my experience eating out on New Year's Eve 12/31/2024! The food was mostly great – the Funghi pizza was a real winner, and the Caesar salad was packed with flavor. The potato appetizer was also delicious. The lasagna could have used a little longer in the oven, but honestly, it still got the job done! But the real highlight? Our server was absolutely amazing! He was so friendly and helpful, it really made the whole meal special. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a good meal and fantastic service.

Not sure why this restaurant is on open table. To be honest we showed up early and yes it was busy. But Instead of sitting is as soon as a table was open. They took walking ins first. And seated us late. The bussing of the tables was very slow. If they did that faster. The wait would not be so long. They insisted we sit at a table closer to the door where people were standing and literally looking at our food. My mom was in a wheelchair. But we could have sat anywhere. But this explains the wait. The server was great and sweet the food was good. But my first impression was not good lack of customer service. They look rattled and not prepared for the dinner crowd But overall. I liked the food.

There is not much space inside to wait on your table something to keep in mind if the weather is not great, even with a reservation we were waiting for a table to finish and leave, then the table had to be cleared before we could be seated.

Service was good, but the baked pasta dishes were over baked. The ziti dish I had the pasta was crunchy on top, the cheese was melted and burnt on the bottom, almost all of the sauce was baked away. It was a holiday so I hope it was a short staff issue. I had a pizza several days earlier and it was good

Shika is the best server at Graffitos. Always ask for her. Graffito is the best Neopolitan style pizza in Savannah. Their ceasar salad is also amazing. I also always get the Hot Honey Pizza, but next time I go I'm going to get the Osso Bucco.
