My friend and I dined here on a Friday evening. We sat outside where they were playing loud music. It was very nice on the patio, but loud. We shared a pizza and each had a small salad. The server had recommended the pizza; after we asked. I would suggest the servers inform customers that it is a deep-dish pizza. It wasn’t what we expected when we ordered a pizza. We were very pleased with the service, however, and would recommend this restaurant to others.

We were a table of 17 in the 'conference room' in a room on our own. One waitress provided just about all of the service. She did an outstanding job. We moved around and she was still able to keep track of us and all the bills were correct. Really like the food and the beer was very good. They have different kinds everyday. Everyone wants to go back there.

Unfortunately we did not get seated at an interactive table and the reservation says “interactive table “ Price of salad was ok but feel that the cost to add protein is too expensive. Making the value for what you get not great

From our table: - tuna bowl was awesome - roast beef dip wasn't too flavourful - actually too sweet from carmelized onions - chicken pizza was good but also a bit sweet - caesar salad was great. Great service. A very family oriented atmosphere so a bit noisy at times - not a biggy.

I initially chose this restaurant, hoping it would add a special touch to my boyfriend's birthday celebration. I made sure to inform the staff about the occasion, but unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations. The waitress seemed rushed throughout our meal, and despite knowing it was a birthday, there was no cake or acknowledgment of the celebration. While the portions were generous and the food was decent (around 6.5/10), I wouldn't recommend this place for a special occasion. The only highlight of the evening was the table games, which provided some entertainment amidst an otherwise underwhelming experience.

When we arrived for our reservation for an interactive table, we were brought to a broken one. We were then moved to a table they had to clean before we could be sat. We then were told this specific table had a reservation so we needed to be moved again to what was arguably the same table, just two down. Our server took a long time to greet us, didn’t allow time for questions or discussion about anything. She was busy of course, but was talking so fast and felt like there was very little personality or enthusiasm. The drink I ordered was not great, and then when I ordered a different beverage we didn’t even get it as the server forgot to ring it in. Our app was good(spinach dip), however the kids Mac and cheese was congealed when it came to the table like it had been sitting under the heat lamps for awhile. Our pizzas were not as great as in previous visits, feeling slightly underdone and bland. Our table was never cleared thought our experience. Meaning we had our app plates and empty cups taking up space. The manager was not circulating the floor and spent the entire time of our visit at the expo line with several other staff members. We were not offered dessert, and had to ask for the kids dessert. Several lights were out or flickering. The bathrooms had cobwebs. No one greeted us as we left the restaurant. We likely won’t return after this visit. It was unenjoyable from start to finish.
