My husband and I went there for the Valentine's special dinner, which was a prix fixe dinner menu.
The hostess greeted us right away - we had a 6:00 reservation and arrived about 15 minutes early but we were still able to be seated right away. The hostess was very gracious.
Our server came to the table right away, bringing us 2 glasses of champagne and a "Rose for the lady", which was a very nice touch.
For the appetizer, we both had the scallops, which were excellent. Next, we both had the salad which was fairly good, the portion of salad was very small. We both had the filet mignon. My steak was cooked properly. My husband had ordered his "charred, medium-rare", due to the fact that the steak were very thin cuts, his was not really cooked to those specifications. The steaks were served with mashed potatoes and asparagus as well as 2 prawns and a small lobster tail. My husband did not care for his shrimp. One problem with the shrimp was that it was whole and still had a shell and it was difficult to peel neatly. For dessert, we had the Coppa Tres Chocolate, which was delicious!
Overall, we had a very nice evening and we will come back again at a time when we can order off the regular menu to try some of their other items.
