Food was good but the service was bad. The restaurant was quiet so there was no reason for the bad service. Staff were standing around talking instead of looking after their customers it was very frustrating to watch.

I love going here, the food is lovely, the ambience is great and the place always clean. But again, the staff are always 'forgetful'...asked 3 times for jug of water and had to ask twice for our coffees...Will say the staff are always friendly

It was my first time to visit the Gourmet Food Parlour - Santry. I would normally go to the local Gourmet Food Parlour in Swords. I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere in the restaurant and the good availability of parking outside. The service and food were excellent. I had not met up with the person who was having lunch with me for a number of years and your restaurant was ideal for getting together again. Overall a very good experience.

Food, service, ambience all great as usual, but we were seated near the service counter and one member of staff in particular had severe difficulty in handling delph. The noise and clatter of her handling of it was quite jarring. I even asked at one stage, did she want a hammer!!! I'm not the moany type, neither is my wife, but this was beyond normal. Felt like the staff member was angry at something, that's fine, but park it at the front door! Overall though, this is usually a great restaurant and tonight (apart from her) was again excellent!

Food wasn't great & even though I book well in advance for a birthday celebration we ended up getting a table upstairs which hasn't any atmosphere compared to downstairs & it was also quite cold. Overall very disappointing compared to other visits.

Staff lovely and friendly. The service and presentation was excellent and food was delicious too. Indoor and outdoor dining areas are really nice. Plenty of parking with an accessible space opposite the entrance.
