All food was reheated and cold , milk jug was very dirty , I had asked for sugar 3 times off a staff member and they never brought any , wasps were everywhere and kept landing on food as we were sitting outside,

I feel very bad saying this but while the food was lovely the overall service was not what I would have expected. Perhaps we were just unlucky on the day but even though the food itself was great we were very disappointed with the overall service which was slow, disjointed etc.

Lovely staff, food was great. Good location. Good selection of 3 courses.

Food was tasteless compared to last visit. Our seatxl was near door so very noisy

Lovely restaurant and food is usually good but on this occasion it was only average. Breakfast was only warm not hot and the potato cake was very hard as it had been kept warm for quite a while. We ordered tea & coffee while we were looking at the menu but it was forgotten. Our food had arrived and I had to remind the staff about the drinks.

Hi I've have been a customer of the gourmet food palour in santry for at least 10 years now .The last 3 times I have been there the food has disapproved, especially yesterday. The kickstart breakfast was really terrible , my daughter had a breakfast and she really enjoyed but unfortunately mine was not enjoyable, service great as always by lovely Thea

Understaffed, poorly trained staff, long wait, cold plates and distinctly average food.

Food was good and the set menu is good value. Unfortunately service was pretty poor with long wait for drinks ( after food arrived) and some servers were quite abrupt while others couldn’t be nicer and felt like they were trying really hard to compensate for some of the poor service.

Myself and guest enjoyed our vegan breakfast. Staff friendly but busy so service a bit below par this visit. Very noisy pity upstairs not open. Ovweall we will be back!

Always liked the food here but services used to be a little bit messy but there have been a massive change and all the crew working there are really lovely and way more organised food still really nice. Would recommend if in the area
