The service was absolutely awful. When we checked in with hostess she did not greet us, rather just walked us to a table set the menus down and walked away. Then in a minute later our server came over and asked what our order was. We told him we’d just sat down and would need a minute. He stomped off. He returned two minutes later asking for our order, we asked for an Old Fashion and were told they couldn’t make any cocktails. It’s a fully stocked bar. The food was good but the staff completely disappointing. We felt very unwelcome and not sure we’d return.

Atmosphere was nice, but service was bad — food came out at different times and the server never checked on us,so we ate it without having anything to drink. The food itself was OK, not great. We have reservations at Hell’s Kitchen tomorrow and I’m considering canceling after this experience. We loved the Ramsay restaurants in Vegas — not sure what happened here.

Everything was everything, except the fact they ran out of chicken, so we didn’t get to try the chicken wings… and I was looking forward to the edible cup for the strawberries n cream dessert, but I was told that was the London location only that has the edible cups and I was disappointed since this is the first U.S location; I feel they could’ve showed up and showed out adding the edible cup to the dessert taking it to the level of expectation due to the fact it is broadcasted on the Street Pizza Instagram and Does not specify it is only available to certain locations. I would have gave 5 stars around the board if I would’ve got to try the chicken wings (I’m guessing they would’ve been good because everything we tried was delicious) AND that edible cup for my strawberries n cream dessert (which was delicious, but that edible cup would’ve set it OFF) We tried the meatball pizza, very delicious I am delighted that they sliced the meatballs, well appreciated, we got the Caesar salad, delicious; loved the spicy kick and the fact that the Caesar salad was finger food friendly was exciting, we got the penne pasta which was delicious, I am an “extra sauce me please” person and it was sauced just enough, and finally we got the strawberries n cream dessert which was delicious, I like that they put marshmallows except My man and I preferred marshmallow in the dessert and torched marshmallows on top and of course inside of that edible cup … with all that said; thank you Ramsey for an exceptional pizza spot, I will definitely revisit while I am still here visiting the DMV all the way from the Westcoast, hopefully we got next so I can visit that location too 😁

A decent experience. Service was slow. It was also extremely loud. Tables for larger groups 6+ not great.

Absolute disaster of a restaurant! 6:15P reservation. Seated at 6:45. Order finally taken at 7:30. Had to get water for the table and drinks directly from the bar. Missed the beginning of our show. Matchbox (across the street) has better food and service.

The food was really tasty. We had wings and pizza. The mumbo sauce pizza was really tasty and interesting flavors. The down side was the servers, while nice, were really overwhelmed. Drinks, plates, even water, didn't come til after the apps and only after flagging down others. Those around us had similar situations. Getting the check took another 20 min of pulling in other staff. Suggestion: don't pack your restaurant with guests if you can't service them, or risk losing repeat business. The food was really good but due to service, we prob won't be back.

Friendly staff worked extremely hard to make our dining experience enjoyable. Personal attention by the chef and bartender added to our experience. Our pizza was delicious- the crust was cooked to perfection! Thank you Memo for hosting a great evening!

Pizza was very good/tasty. I had the meatball. I like thin crust and the basil made it different in a good way.

Short staffed so we didn’t receive our drinks until after all of our food was delivered to our table. The waiter took off the coke float and gave us a free dessert. Food tasted good.
