    Pizza’s were very ordinary and not enough topping. There was nothing special about them at all. Service was good and like the decor and ambiance. Good just needs improving.

    I marked this as fair (2*) in recognition of the hard work the chefs are doing and the server walking around with the pizza. The pizzas aren’t too bad but they also favour sounding good in the menu vs actually having much flavour. Of course, if Gordon Ramsay had ever bothered to come anywhere near a restaurant that has his name on it, maybe it would be better…okay, probably not. Mostly though, getting laughed at for booking through Open Table and then being left standing there waiting to eventually get shown to a table, then getting told which two tables I could sit at in a mostly empty restaurant, then waiting 15mins for the drink I ordered, and finally waiting 25 mins for the bill I requested in a half empty restaurant, really deserved a zero. If you want okay bottomless pizza for a not too bad price in a perennially overpriced Ramsay location, go here, but be ready to accept random service.

    Staff were brilliant and very attentive to our son and made him feel a bit special. The pizzas were amazing and just kept flowing for £20 per person is worth it

    Friday 8th March, We wanted to go into your street pizza restaurant in Southwark after hearing good things well. We went on the website and saw there was a lot of availability from 2ish, we turned up at 3.30 to be told that they weren’t open yet. We then came back after 5 when they were open. When we came back we were told there were no walk ins allowed even though we had just seen multiple times available from 5 on open table. We stood to the side and made a booking on open table and then were allowed to come Before being shown to our seat another member of staff told our server very loudly she must make sure everyone sat at their assigned table, very rudely and didn’t care the fact that it was in front of customer This not only upset us but we could see that our server was now quite visibly upset from this. The food was average. Not a lot of topping on the pizza We took a break from eating and played on one of the game machines, they did not sink to each other and one was broken When we sat back down the staff then decided to spend 10 minutes rearranging the furniture very loudly and squabbling between each other. At this point we’d had enough and asked for the bill

    Milo was our host and he was amazing. We had never been before and explained the bottomless pizza and other options available. He checked to ensure everything was good! The food was hot and was coming to us constantly. Homemade lemonade was delicious which was also a bonus as someone who dosent drink alcohol or fizzy drinks! Options was lovely and all the other staff was lovely, friendly, helpful. The atmosphere was amazing. Everyone there made the restaurant amazing. We would come again purely from the incredible staff members. Milo definitely deserves a raise with the amount of dedication he shows to customers! Overall really amazing experience.

    Lovely placewith cool bit hipster decor, lovely staff and great food. There is a little gaming corner too with pool, fussball, darts and a basketball machine. Shout out for Patricia who was looking after us all night. She was super attentive, charming and genuinly pleasant. My friends and I had a great time here.

    It’s marketed as all-you-can eat pizza, but actually the servers come round every 5 minutes with a different pizza that has a 50% chance of being one you don’t like. Also since the pizzas come around so slowly, you end up getting full quicker. I ended up eating 6 slices of pizza before I was full, and for 18£ that’s really not good value at all.

    Slow Service Bottomless pizza doesn’t really cater for veggies as often waiting for the next vegetarian round.
