I had a couple of requests and the people at the reservations had totally ignored. However once sorted out the experience was stellar. Had so much fun with our waiter We would go back in a minute.

They asked when I made the reservation what was the occasion I told them birthday, when I got there I was early so I waited until my time, the host asked who's birthday I told her mine, all she said was happy birthday, when I finally got to my table, they were giving me a table in the front as you enter the door, my husband said he didn't like that seat we had to wait another 15min before we got a table, it was my 60th birthday I thought they would have made me feel special, but instead I was disappointed, lobster is not what I thought it would have been, salmon serving is like a appetizer, shrimp serving is only 3 shrimp more suitable for a child, and there is no meal for a child , the largest serving was a platter of fries, I was disappointed why would you asked the occasion and didn't even acknowledge the occasion, it was my first time going to the restaurant, my ratings for service would be 2, the staff drop the ball,smaller restaurant do better at making people feel more welcome in their establishments. I felt like they only used the celebrity chef name without honor

As always, the Gordon Ramsay restaurants are outstanding. Whether it’s Gordon Ramsay Steak, his pub and grill, or any other, the quality of food is superb.

My filet was very good but my husband’s dry rub 18 0z ribeye was a little too fatty Service was good until our waiter began clearing the table while we were still eating our appetizers. At one point my husband had to stop eating as the waiter reached across him to clear. The drinks at the Four Suits bar were much better than those at Gordon Ramsay’s

All and all it was good but if we are spending $300 for 2 people I want to be blown away and I was not. My husband ordered wagyu which cost $95, it was tough. The meat should be butter soft and was not. The Brussel sprouts were not cooked and had to send them back. The manger did come over to us and offered us dessert which was nice but our anniversary dinner was a little disappointing.

It was simply amazing. Johnny and Hayden made the experience. The food was spectacular.
