    after a Ravens loss, the staff and chef really made us feel great. And because of the sorry state of the game, it was a difficult task.

    Restaurant is located on the lower floor of the Horseshoe casino. The food and service was outstanding. The manager stopped by our table and thanked us for dining which was a nice personal touch. We will definitely return during the upcoming holidays.

    I had high hopes based on Yelp reviews, but let’s start with the good: the drinks and service were excellent, and the bread with black pepper butter was fantastic. However, the Caesar and house salads were a disappointment. The salad was supposed to be grilled, but the lettuce just seemed old. The onion soup was far too sweet and chunky, lacking any real flavor—Outback does better sides. The Kansas City strip was solid, about an 8/10, but two steaks in our party of 8 were overcooked. The $40 lobster tail was incredibly tiny, and the cheesecake for dessert was awful. It was a no-bake cheesecake, and the desserts were grossly overpriced. Overall, not the experience I was hoping for.

    Had some out of town family in and took them here. Food is always good! Great ambience and design. Service was a little slower than normal and was not that busy. Might have been an off day but took longer than expected.

    The service was IMPECCABLE!!!! From welcoming to the wait staff. Senior management visited the table to inquire as to our satisfaction. Food was outstanding in quality.

    A Ramsay dinner is an epic event every time. Outstanding service from everyone involved and the food is exceptional. Highly recommend to celebrate life events or just for the hell of it cuz it's that good....gotta get the Sticky Toffee Pudding dessert.
