    Great food great service, went at 5:30pm on a Saturday. Everything turned out perfect. Customer service was excellent, they validate parking as well.

    My wife and I have tried Gordon Ramsay Steak several times and it's consistently very good. We shared lobster risotto as an appetizer and both went with the beef wellington for our recent date night. Very much hit the spot. It's surprising how light the wellington feels as you bite into it.

    WE were a party of 10, service was good not rushed, maybe a little slow. Prices were on the higher end for a steak house.

    We ate there for our 30th anniversary - my husband's first time at a Ramsay restaurant, not mine. We were each given a glass of champagne to celebrate. The food & service were excellent, as I've always experienced at Ramsay restaurants. I recommend the prix fixe menu at any of the Ramsay restaurants, especially if its your first visit to one of his places. I especially recommend it at Steak, if you want a steak. That said, I had the scallops & sea bass myself and both were excellent. The *only* reason we didn't give 5 stars is the price - over $350 for 2 of us with no alcohol. It is however totally worth it for a celebration. I have never had bad food no bad service.

    The overall experience was amazing. It was my fiancé and myself first time there. From the beginning the staff was warm and welcoming. Our server was not only pleasant, but ever knowledgeable about the menu. The steak, crab cake, and fingerling potatoes were amazing!

    Food was ok but if you go on a night the ravens are playing you will be charged $100 to park. No accommodation made for restaurant patrons. We should have been warned of this by the restaurant at the time of booking. It appears the casino is only interested in taking your money any way they can.

    This was a very disappointing night. We were celebrating my birthday. I have been here many times. They always ask if it is a special occasion. We arrived and waited for 5 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. We were seated and waited 15 minutes for anyone to arrive to the table. Our waiter arrived and began to list all of the things that they did not have. I think there were 8 or 9 items, including baked potatoes. How does a steakhouse run out of potatoes at 6:30? We were given water and our drinks arrived a few minutes later. It took longer than usual, but our rolls were brought out. Three very small rolls. We waited 45 minutes for our dinner. I was asked if I wanted a drink refill but he quickly turned away without asking my 2 guests even though their glasses were empty. We had to ask for drinks. Then the butter knives and plates were quickly picked up. No offer of additional bread. When the dinner arrived everything was ok , but the fries were not very hot and of course we had all wanted a baked potato. I don’t know if this restaurant is getting ready to close or what is going on. There is certainly no service, but the prices are still up.

    We’ve been to quite a few Gordon Ramsay restaurants, where it has been truly amazing. How server was friendly and sweet, but the timing of the kitchen was poor. We kept being told “your food will be out in 3mins”; and 10mins later, it still wasn’t there. I had the lobster risotto, and the lobster was over cooked, but the actual risotto was fabulous. I then had the lamb chops, and my wife had a steak. My lamb chops were over done, which I had to send back. It took a long time for my food to come back, so much so, that my wife had finished her steak. Honestly, we walked away disappointed; as this isn’t the standard we’ve had at other Gordon Ramsay Steak restaurants.

    The service was exceptional from being greeted quickly through drinks, menu suggestions and a perfectly delivered cheesecake birthday dessert. The beef wellington lived up to it's reputation. I would recommend this restaurant with 5 stars.

    We came here for our 23rd wedding anniversary. Each staff member that we came in contact with wished us a Happy Anniversary, we even got a free champagne toast. The food was amazing.
