To say our first time at Chef Gordon Ramsay's Steak at Harrah's in Atlantic City was anything less than exceptional would be downplaying our experience. From the very beginning, my son and I were welcomed warmly by the hostess. The entire establishment is impeccable. We ordered the prime rib special and the "seasoned crust" on the ends may have been the most flavorful thing I've ever eaten. The side of mac and cheese with 5 different cheeses was absolutely delicious, as was the "everything fries" served with the remoulade sauce. To finish it our night off, my son and I shared the salted caramel cheesecake slice which was outstanding. The staff were attentive to our food allergies (peanut/nut) and were more than courteous and professional. We will definitely be going back the next time the opportunity presents itself. Well done, Chef Ramsay!

Steak was perfect in the middle but way over on the edges. By the time we realized it was over, we had eaten too much to be comfortable sending it back. After several trips to this restaurant, this is the first time we’ve left even slightly disappointed. Everything else was amazing. Appetizer, sides and dessert were all fantastic, thus the four star review.

We have been looking forward to eating here for a while and let me tell you it was worth it. The food was very tasty and the service was great. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Definitely won’t be the last time I eat here.

I felt like I was eating it a mess hall. It was so loud I could not hear the person sitting across the table from me. The food was very good but we asked for more rolls which we never received. We were never asked if we wanted refills on our beverages and only got them when we stopped a manager and asked for more water. The only way I was able to get my bill was after I got up and approached my server as she was leaving another table. Although I told her I wanted to use my total rewards, she used my celebration dinner. After I told her again I wanted to use my rewards, she charged the bill to my room. I was able to get the charge straightened out but I was not pleased with the entire dining experience.

Overall dinner was great. Steak was delicious! Unfortunately the Brussels sprouts were over cooked and it was mushy. That’s my only complaint. Amazing service!

Very disappointed, we waited too long for our food, we informed our waiter that we didn’t want any sauce in our rib eye steak , the steak arrived with sauce, not good quality meat. I ordered iceberg wedge salad, it arrived with no dressing. Never going back. I’ll stick to Old Hempstead Steakhouse. Mrs Cusino

We ate at the bar. Our bartenders were great. The Beef Wellington and specials were excellent.
