The whole staff was so attentive and just outstanding. Our server Larry was so amazing! It was truly a luxury experience that my family will never forget.

Food was great and experience was great until the last second. We waited for our check for a long time. We asked a lady maybe a host i'm not sure who seemed very happy to run our check for us....... but she charged my partner's card for over 600 dollars when our total was only 275. She was negligent. Who swipes a card without making sure it's the correct table or the correct AMOUNT? it's EMBARASSING for my partner who is trying to make it a special night for our anniversary. It delayed our plans for after dinner and completely RUINED both of our moods. We were truly excited to dine here. Gordon Ramsey even visited the restaurant this night. I am so utterly disappointed this was our experience at Hell's Kitchen.

An Overrated experience! Yesterday, we visited Hell’s Kitchen (Wharf-DC location). I’ve visited another Hell’s Kitchen (Atlantic City, NJ) before and had a much better experience. However, back to the DC location… 1. The hostess at the front desk did not smile as we approached the hostess desk. 2. We sat at our table for almost 10 minutes without water nor did anyone come over to acknowledge us. 3. After 10 minutes, we had to ask, “Who was our server”? 4. Our server did not ask if we had any allergies. I voluntarily offered this information. 4. The beverage that was ordered did not come out in a timely manner. It seemed forgotten about. Once the beverage was consumed, no one asked if the guest wanted a refill. 5. The lady responsible for refilling our water glasses, walked by our table several times. Glasses were not refilled with water and we had to ask for more water. The lady refilling the water reached over us to grab the glass instead of walking around to the guest that needed water. 6. One of our guests wanted to have her food boxed. So, the lady that filled water took her plate of food and piled it on a stack of dirty dishes and took it to the back to be boxed. When she returned with the boxed food, she attempted to cross over other guests with the bag instead of handing it to the guest directly. She got an attitude and gave the bag to a coworker for him to bring the bag to the table. 7. We were charged an additional $59.80 (20%) Service Charge that was not disclosed to us. According to Google, that should have been disclosed prior to receiving the bill. 8. Though in one of the pictures, I opted for the Coconut Green Curry to be on the side, another garnishment would’ve been nice. Overall, for the money paid, this was a disappointing experience and I am sure Gordon Ramsey would not be pleased.

I tried the beef short ribs the meat feel off the bone. The macaroni and cheese is seasoned well and was very cheesy. The potato Au gratin was also good. Overall the food was excellent!

Had a reservation for 2 at 8:30, did not get sat till 10. Restaurant closed at 11. Manager was about to help with bill, host and waiter tried to be as accommodating as possible for the situation. My first time visiting and expected more.

Very disappointed in the service, hospitality and dinning environment. We got seated an hour after our reservation were made for.

Had to wait over an hour to be seated despite having a reservation. This could have easily ruined my friend’s birthday dinner. However, the food was delicious and every dish was a 10/10.
