Located a block from the water in Downtown’s Met Square complex, the two-story restaurant will have ample space for diners to indulge in all of the restaurant's iconic menu items, spearheaded by one of the most talented chefs. The 16,736 square foot space includes a ground-floor patio and second-floor dining terrace, as well as a beautiful interior dining room. The interior design is set to emulate the hit television show’s set, with an open kitchen and contemporary bar, where diners can watch the iconic red and blue teams from their seat.

The bar serves a selection of both classic and signature cocktails; from a traditional Negroni and Old Fashioned to the innovative Smoke on the Water, served in a smoke-filled lantern, or the Notes from Gordon, complete with a personalized message from Chef Gordon Ramsay himself.

My wife had the prix fixe menu, I ordered a la carte and we swapped and shared items. Scallop appetizer was excellent. Subbed out vegetarian risotto for lobster risotto — rice overcooked. The presentation on a flat plate meant the risotto was room temperature when served. Beef Wellington was high quality but under seasoned. Roasted chicken entree was very tasty. Potatoes au gratin were excellent. Sticky toffee pudding for dessert was very good and the ice cream tasted homemade. Good coffee to accompany it. Ari our server was absolutely delightful and knew the menu backwards and forwards — can’t say enough good things about her. Ambience was much as expected given that it’s a touristy concept restaurant. Music choice was a little weird. Being a fan of the show and of Chef Ramsay, I’m glad I went but don’t have to go again. My wife and I agreed that the menu felt very “safe” and nothing to write home about except a couple of standout dishes.

The food was amazing. The server was nice, but seemed a little young , unpolished and lacked a certain something for what should be a fine dining experience.

It was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The food was out of this world delicious. The beef Wellington melted like butter and the scallops were divine. My favorite was the truffle risotto I couldn’t stop eating. My wife and I passed out in a food induced coma shortly after arriving home. 10 out of 10.

excellent food. Excellent service. A little pricey for what you get. The valet parking is expensive and you have to wait forever. Put a damper on the end of an otherwise excellent meal.
