Located a block from the water in Downtown’s Met Square complex, the two-story restaurant will have ample space for diners to indulge in all of the restaurant's iconic menu items, spearheaded by one of the most talented chefs. The 16,736 square foot space includes a ground-floor patio and second-floor dining terrace, as well as a beautiful interior dining room. The interior design is set to emulate the hit television show’s set, with an open kitchen and contemporary bar, where diners can watch the iconic red and blue teams from their seat.

The bar serves a selection of both classic and signature cocktails; from a traditional Negroni and Old Fashioned to the innovative Smoke on the Water, served in a smoke-filled lantern, or the Notes from Gordon, complete with a personalized message from Chef Gordon Ramsay himself.

The Miami Spice menu was a wonderful opportunity to taste some of special dishes. Must say the beef Wellington was spectacular and the warm toffee dessert with ice cream truly delicious. Our server Desiree was lovely. The wine and comfortable booth were a delight. However the ambiance is lacking. The dining area is as seen on the reality show and it’s too large and impersonal. Another server who brought the coffee placed it in front of wrong guest and left so quickly we didn’t even get to tell him. Bottom line is that the food is great but the space itself not so much.

Food is good slightly overpriced. I don’t care for the already added service charge from me you would get a larger tip. Braised short rib is actually better than the Wellington.

Me and my boyfriend went there for a date night and had an amazing time! Alex was our server and he took amazing care of us! He was so kind to offer to take our pictures! He was on top of our drink refills and giving us the true Hell’s Kitchen experience! We will definitely be back and requesting him as our server again!

Restaurant was beautiful. Staff was attentive. We ordered 3 items. 2 were very good and 1 was good but disappointing.

A friend and I made reservations to try the Miami Spice menu. We were delighted with each course. The risotto was heavenly as well as the branzino. Can’t wait to return!!

Dear Hell's Kitchen you were absolutely amazing. From the Interior design, down to the service, all the way to the hospitality it was superb all around. The food speaks for itself. Gordon knows exactly what he is doing. If you ever find yourself in a predicament whether or not to eat at this fine establishment then you have already done yourself a disservice. Go and you will thank yourself you did.

The market salad too much lettuce and too little of the other ingredients. The chicken scallopini very simple for this type of restaurant, it would have a sauce that highlights the dish. Like Ciprianni.
