Located a block from the water in Downtown’s Met Square complex, the two-story restaurant will have ample space for diners to indulge in all of the restaurant's iconic menu items, spearheaded by one of the most talented chefs. The 16,736 square foot space includes a ground-floor patio and second-floor dining terrace, as well as a beautiful interior dining room. The interior design is set to emulate the hit television show’s set, with an open kitchen and contemporary bar, where diners can watch the iconic red and blue teams from their seat.

The bar serves a selection of both classic and signature cocktails; from a traditional Negroni and Old Fashioned to the innovative Smoke on the Water, served in a smoke-filled lantern, or the Notes from Gordon, complete with a personalized message from Chef Gordon Ramsay himself.

Looking forward to finally trying Hell's Kitchen and added bonuses that it was belated birthday meal as well as during the time Miami Spice is offered, so you can't beat that deal!! Heavily branded deco, but obviously very clean since it's barely 1 year old. The service was friendly and polite. The headliner is food at least for me it's usually the food. It was good, but it did not blow me away. Have to note that the sticky toffee pudding was very good. The $28 valet is rather steep even for Dade county.

The experience at this restaurant is definitely something I would recommend. The vibes are really awesome and I liked the open kitchen concept. I like that all the food was brought out with perfect timing. My only critique is that most of the food was room temperature upon arrival. The only thing that came hot were the meatball appetizer. Besides that, this is a great place to take advantage of Miami spice and a 3 course meal for 60 dollars. My favorite thing was the toffee ice cream dessert. It was so much more than I expected it to be.

My experience was phenomenal! My guest and I were seated in prime viewing area of the cook kitchen, and the service by the waitstaff was exemplary! The suggestions and pairings offered by our waiter hightened the experience. I will most definitely return!

Our reservations were at 7:15 for a party of 6, and we were seated right at that time. The wait staff was extremely attentive, had great personalities, everything with them way beyond perfect. I wish I knew our staff’s names, I would love to give them praise!!! The food was outstanding. Everything was cooked to perfection, season to perfection, and each course was better than the previous. I had the steak tartare and the Dinner Prix Fixe, which consisted of pan seared scallops, a Beef Wellington, and a sticky toffee pudding; all were incredible. I wish I could live in that pudding. The only complaint I had was the roasted broccolini. The cream underneath was exceptional, and the fried onions on top were perfectly cooked. The stems of the broccolini were fresh and cooked well, but the florets were inedible. Each floret tasted like gas. I understand the chefs are working with gas stoves, and as I stated the stems were so perfect. But the taste was as if I had turned a gas stove on and inhaled the gas before the flame was lit. I couldn’t eat the rest because of the taste, and luckily I had the wine pairing menu and could wash out the taste. Again, other than the roasted broccolini (and a minimal part of them at that), what the chefs had made was spectacular. I have never had better meals in my life, and probably won’t again!

The food was decent, but the portions were very small. Preparation of food was average. All together not bad, but if you have ever been to any of Gordon Ramsay's other restaurants you will be extremely disappointed. This just does not measure up. Also, I should note that service is nothing like what I've experienced at his other restaurants.
