The Hell’s Kitchen burger is possibly the best burger that I have ever eaten. The crispy fries are always delicious and the Oreo brûlée shake is heaven in a glass.

sub par food , paying a lot for the name “Gordon Ramsey” most likely won’t go again..

Food was unreal! So Good! Burgers n Pudding…. wow! The service was mid at best. We needed more napkins for these burgers. Went to the washroom to wash my hands since there were no Napkins incoming. We never was asked if we wanted re-fills or more drinks. We sat looking for our server for nearly 8mins to ask for the bill. If the food was meh, i would have given 2* but the food was very delicious! Will recommend friends n family to try it!

Three of us went. The meat in the hamburgers was dry and flavourless. My truffle burger was over sauced. The first margarita I received was excellent. The next one had twice as much sugar and the glass wasn't rimmed. I feel that this place is just simply branding with a premium price that doesn't live up to the reputation. I've spoken to several other people about this place and almost everyone had the same critique. We definitely won't be returning.

I was really impressed with the level of service my family and I received. We found our server was both kind and thorough. The burger I had, exceeded my expectations. Overall, I was very satisfied with Ramsay burger! We will definitely be going back!

It was busy. We were going to a show afted dinner, also at the casino theater, but we're told we had plenty of time. When I noticed that other tables, who arrived after us were getting their food before us, I asked the server. She apologized and went to investigate. The manager, I'm assuming, came over to also apologize and reassured us that our food would be there shortly and that dessert was on them for having us wait. Once food arrived we felt rushed to make our show. We took our dessert to go. At home I was disappointed, as we selected a sticky pudding brownie, the table next to us had it and it looks good, but there was hardly any toffee sauce and the ice cream melted, which we knew it would beforehand. We went for my friend's birthday treat. I made the reservation online and wrote it was for a bday celebration. Nothing was done, nor mentioned. Even when I told them when ordering. I knew it was a popular venue, from a famous chef but when I got the bill I was still surprised by the amount. And we didnt order alcohol. Would I go back, probably not. The food was ok, nothing mind blowing. But it's a check off the bucket list.

An ok experience but not what I had expected based on a previous dining experience at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant in the United States. This restaurant ambiance was more like a cheap diner than one would expect from the Gordon Ramsay brand name. The food while flavourful was a tad on the salty side.
