Burger was delicious. I ordered the Hells z kitchen burger which was cooked perfectly. bartender recommended a drink from menu which did not disappoint. We will be returning

Unfortunately the staff was very slow with only a few dinners which I didn’t mind much. But the drinks were mostly sugar and not what I was looking forward in a craft cocktail. The food was over cooked and was very bland. I was super excited to try a Ramsey restaurant but I’m sure this is not his standard.

I came here for the first time on their rooftop for a friends birthday dinner. So excited to finally be able to come because we never had the opportunity to dine due to work hours. We had a stressful day at work and was looking forward to the nice patio weather, food and drinks. But We were not greeted for 10 minutes, never received water or utensils after 3 different interactions…. Took us maybe 20 min to get water. There was not much interaction or interest in speaking to us, just grab and order and run. There was no busser to help her either. The amount of times she came to the table and just left things at the table/failed to bring to the table after looking was pretty much each time. As servers ourselves, it was disappointing service. The food, drinks and the place itself made up for the service. Host were very personable and nice at least!

We drove from NJ to Boston to enjoy are anniversary to be seated in the bar area. The bar tender was dismissive and made it seem like we were inconveniencing her. Never once checked on us till she brought us are check. The truffle fries tased nothing like truffles. The hot chicken tasted nothing but spice and was dry. The hamburger was good but after all the other let down we could have gotten this anywhere. Not worth the drive or time to got to Gordon Ramsey Burger.

$86 for two hamburgers, two fries, one cookie with 1/2 scoop ice cream, and one beer. Really? The service was poor. Very slow. Server gave us the check before we were asked if we wanted dessert. Don’t need to go back.

Made a reservation although not needed in Sept when we visited. This is not a place I would plan t go, but maybe end up, as it’s just outside of Little Italy Boston and that area was packed on a busy weekend. Was nice to find a quiet place to regroup. Burgers & onion rings were the only thing worth ordering, they were very good! Salads-meh. Sweet potato portion was very small, not the best we’ve had but they were good. Overall needs improvement, we love a good salad and this was lacking any items besides lettuce. We had to ask for more dressing, which theirs was very good, but literally could hardly find a piece of cheese or bacon.

We had drinks on the patio while we waited for our table. It was such a nice day out and the staff was super welcoming and attentive. We will be back!

The staff was amazing and very friendly the drinks are delicious and creative as well as the food and the manager Ali was professional and on the ball 10/10 would recommend

Sat at the bar with my girlfriend while we waited for our table. There server was amazing ! The burgers were huge, we will be coming back with our kids next time.
