Bienvenidos, y'all!

Inspired by long days on the Gulf, late nights on the ranch and the colorful creations of our abuela, our family's Kitchen & Cantina showcases the rich foods and traditions we grew up with on both sides of the border.

Nothing matches the flavor of food grilled over mesquite. Try wood-fired Texas quail swaddled in homemade tortillas, jalapeno rellanos stuffed with house-made chorizo and sizzling, family-style parrilladas - huge mixed platters of wild game and fresh vegetables, topped with pico de gallo and queso fresco - a unique spin on Houston barbeque.

Our days begin roasting chilies and tomatoes, rolling fresh tortillas in our bakery and wringing every last drop of Ruby Red grapefruit for cocktails. We hand-grind our own sausage and hand-trim every ounce of meat in our butchery, then anoint it with the savory seasonings and marinades we've honed over generations.

A few margaritas on our patio and you've found your new casa sweet casa.

Waiter was not very attentive waited a long time for service. My food was served cold and when I got a new plate food was not good . not a good deal when you pay so much for overpriced items at that restaurant.

Wait staff all employees were very accommodating food as usual was great I chose the frozen and should have chose the Rocks it was too sweet for me

We celebrated birthdays and had a great time. The brunch menu has many items but we had to ask for some items we saw online. The server happily accommodated. The food was fresh and tasty. The service was excellent!

Evening started off poorly. Made a reservation but the table was not ready for 15 minutes. Waiter finally arrived at our table for our drink orders after another 7 minute wait. We had chips and salsa but no waters. Ordered several appetizers but they never appeared and instead food arrived. Ordered 2 pounds of fajita meet to feed four people but instead got enough meat to feed one. Overall a really bad experience.

One of my favorite restaurants. Food was delicious as always. Salsa-yummy! Service was top notch. Love that you do reservations esp for client lunches.

The food is always excellent. Definitely make a reservation before you go. Even with a reservation, expect to wait for your table. They get larger parties that cause longer waits.
