I had reserved a bay for my husbands B-day and when we arrived, there was no hostess or anywhere to check in. I went to the bar and checked in where we waited for our bay to empty out which was about 15 min after our reservation time. Not a big deal as we sat at the bar and had some cocktails. Once we went to our bay we were given a brief instruction and then we never saw another server or worker again. I went to the bar and asked if we could order some food/drinks and a very nice waitress came over and took our orders and appologized. Once the food and drinks came out we again never saw a server again. The food was OK, nothing great. Drinks were good but we just had beer and wine. I went to the bar several times to get a water refill and all the servers were chatting and ignored me. When our time was up I even had to track down someone to pay our tab to. They had lots of servers, but they all seemed to be chatting or would turn their back and ignore you when you walked up to the bar. We will not be back. There are so many better entertainemnt options in Atlanta that have excellent service and food.

Unfortunately not a great experiment first time. Cool spot, with good food and service. The reservation system needs to be improved and maybe VM would assist with better communication.

Took long time to be seated even tho we had reservations, had to go get a waitress several times before being assisted. When the waiter showed up he attitude was horrible she rushed us and our food took A very long time to come out. The appetizer we ordered was never received. Drinks were horrible.

We did not get enought golf balls at the beginning. The gamed timed out and the counter kept going. The screen had a little whole, the golf balls kept going under there. Overall we loved the controlled climate of the suite, vs. The regular top golf gaming outside. But the stuff mentioned above needs to be addressed.

Great birthday outing. The service was a little slow. No showing how to do the games. And missing balls. Love it regardless. New experience

We like this place most of the time but what is up with the broken tables, no mirror in the women’s bathroom, no lights in the bathrooms, unfriendly hostess… it was off today for sure. We were told we couldn’t have the large bay because people were coming for a reservation and then 2 people came in and sat in it on their cellphones. Probably won’t be back after this visit.

We had a great experience celebrating my 9 year old grandsons birthday today. Perfect place for a very active, sports freak to celebrate. Theservice was great and the food was even better than anticipated. Highly recommend this place for a private celebration.

The game suite we had was clearly not taken crate of. Two monitors were broken and game equipment was missing. No instructions were given on how to play the games. The golf games were not working at all. The food was awful. Overall a big waste of money. I do not recommend at all.
