Here is a more formal revision of your statement: I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at your restaurant and was highly disappointed by both the quality of the food and the level of service. The soft shell crab was not fresh and had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the vegetables served were stale and lacked freshness. When we raised our concerns with the waitress, her response was extremely unprofessional. She attributed the poor experience to the restaurant being busy, which in no way justifies the subpar service. I have been a regular patron of this establishment in the past, and it was once exceptional in both food and service. Regrettably, it is clear that the standards have significantly declined, and I will not be returning in the future.

Good Earth Mill Hill was disappointing. It was expensive, and some dishes were just average. Worse still, the mains arrived before the starters. Our salt and pepper squid came, but no crispy duck, Singapore noodles, rice, or chicken, leaving us with just squid and nothing else. Portions were small. We’ve had better before and certainly expected more for the price. It’s now just average overall.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and very attentive! I had heard great things about this place, so I was really looking forward to it. While the food was plentiful, it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The overall experience was just okay compared to other restaurants I’ve been to. Also, the space felt a bit cramped, with the tables set quite close together.

Unfortunately last visit was a big disappointment: food was good, but as the restaurant was nearly empty on Saturday afternoon, staff did their best to get us out of the restaurant.

We had a nice time. Wait time was c.10ish minutes and the restaurant was friendly. The food was good - great time had by all!

Great food in a warm inviting restaurant. Service is the right level of being attentive. My only comment is that we could not get a table for the time we requested, but the restaurant was half empty on arrival.
