GŎNG, the highest hotel bar in Western Europe is perfect for sunset cocktails and late-night drinks. The bar offers 3 lofted areas for guests to relax and soak in the cityscape including unrivaled views of Tower Bridge.
Uncomplicated and seamless, the bar’s first-class service ensures the ultimate escape from the city’s bustle. Sample one of the delicate, signature cocktails or indulge in a rare, vintage champagne with signature sushi and Asian dishes. Guests are required to be 18 years of age or older after 5:30pm.

Window seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that there is a £30 minimum spend per person applicable to all guests over the age of 18. All bar reservations will be seated either in Champagne Bar, Cocktail Bar or Sky Pool.
Please note that the Kitchen closes at 22:30 Sunday to Thursday, and 23:30 Friday and Saturday. We currently do not accept OpenTable dining cheques.

We loved the vibes and the atmosphere The food was so good The service was outstanding I left a little note that its my wifes birthday and they told her happy borthday once we arrived

We were 15-20 min late to our booking but I had phoned ahead of time to say I would be late. Upon arrival at the basement we had been warmly welcomed by reception staff. They had notified the staff on the 52nd floor that we were on our way. Upon arrival we were given a fantastic seat to celebrate a family member's birthday who had flown into London from China. This is where the service went down hill. 3 staff constantly checked on us trying to rush us to order something. Next we were made to wait over 25 min and ask 4 different staff to order a sharing plate. However the part that made us leave was we were then told once the food arrived that we need to vacate the seat in 30min to everyone at the table. We all felt like were not able to enjoy the time there. This made us rush though finishing our drinks and rushing to pay or risk being asked to leave. We would have happily stayed and ordered more but by this time we all did not want to. It's really poor customer service experience. Not worth the money for the view.

We had a really lovely time however we had asked for non alcoholic cocktails. The lady serving us had told us what there was and we chose one each, but it later transpired (after we had a second) that we had actually been given alcoholic drinks the first round. Luckily we were just choosing to have virgin drinks rather than a medical need or otherwise however I did have to work in the evening so it wasn’t ideal! That said, the bar was lovely and the view was incredible. We enjoyed our experience despite the miscommunication.

Service wasn’t great / asked for things few times and too ages . Food took ages. Certain won’t be back sadly

The food was really good and the service (we had a lovely server called Louis) was excellent. Will definitely be back for the chicken gyoza.

The view is amazing, the food is amazing, the staff is very professional, polite, and well organized, and prices are reasonable, the only downside is that it is quite small, and not as luxurious as Sky Lounge on Floor 31, I was expecting Gong to be better but it is just not as nice.

You’re paying for the view. The cocktails were creative. However if you ordered a non listed cocktail such as a martini you were given a look of disdain. Even with a reservation it was difficult to order via getting the attention of your server. Our second drink was forgotten and we had to ask multiple times for the check. Experience was not worth the price tag unfortunately.

We came for cocktails. Lovely place with excellent views. The ambience and service were top drawer. Cocktails on the other hand were pretty over priced and very average. Overall was a lovely experience.

The staff, food and atmosphere were amazing, it was the best choice for my husband's birthday dinner. Only the price for sake was a bit high, but apart from that everything was great.
