GŎNG, the highest hotel bar in Western Europe is perfect for sunset cocktails and late-night drinks. The bar offers 3 lofted areas for guests to relax and soak in the cityscape including unrivaled views of Tower Bridge.
Uncomplicated and seamless, the bar’s first-class service ensures the ultimate escape from the city’s bustle. Sample one of the delicate, signature cocktails or indulge in a rare, vintage champagne with signature sushi and Asian dishes. Guests are required to be 18 years of age or older after 5:30pm.

Window seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that there is a £30 minimum spend per person applicable to all guests over the age of 18. All bar reservations will be seated either in Champagne Bar, Cocktail Bar or Sky Pool.
Please note that the Kitchen closes at 22:30 Sunday to Thursday, and 23:30 Friday and Saturday. We currently do not accept OpenTable dining cheques.

The view is amazing, the food is amazing, the staff is very professional, polite, and well organized, and prices are reasonable, the only downside is that it is quite small, and not as luxurious as Sky Lounge on Floor 31, I was expecting Gong to be better but it is just not as nice.

You’re paying for the view. The cocktails were creative. However if you ordered a non listed cocktail such as a martini you were given a look of disdain. Even with a reservation it was difficult to order via getting the attention of your server. Our second drink was forgotten and we had to ask multiple times for the check. Experience was not worth the price tag unfortunately.

We came for cocktails. Lovely place with excellent views. The ambience and service were top drawer. Cocktails on the other hand were pretty over priced and very average. Overall was a lovely experience.

The staff, food and atmosphere were amazing, it was the best choice for my husband's birthday dinner. Only the price for sake was a bit high, but apart from that everything was great.

I had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Additionally, the view from the restaurant was absolutely breathtaking, offering a stunning backdrop that enhanced the overall ambiance. However, I was disappointed with the portion sizes relative to the price. For what we paid, the amount of food we received was rather meager, and the drinks were notably small as well. While the quality of the food and beverages was good, the value for money aspect left much to be desired. Overall, it's a great spot if you're looking for excellent service and a spectacular view, but be prepared for smaller portions and drinks.

The service it's outstanding. Views and ambience. The staff took our table after 1.30hrs and put us at the sushi bar. Saying the tables were all taken. Which was not accurate. Several tables were free, instead of putting us in a table until the next reservation arrived they chose to put us at the bar. For what they charge, they should train staff better to attend to the existing opening patrons rather than keeping a reservation that might be a no show.

Disappointed. A few weeks before the event, I exchanged a few emails with the staff (guest service centre) to organize details of the booking made for my wife's birthday. I requested a table for three by the window, flowers, and a birthday cake. We waited too long for the table by the window. The table sizes are very small—too small to fit three plates of even just the starters and drinks. Anyway, we ordered drinks, starters, mains, and the birthday cake. Quite disappointed with the food as it was simply not tasty. So we ordered other food, hoping it would be better. We ate 3/4 of the birthday cake, so we asked the service if we could take it with us. The waitress said that she couldn't pack it for us because they didn't have any boxes. Surely she could have found something in the kitchen if she wanted to. Even kitchen foil or anything. So we ended up leaving the cake—a waste. Having experienced this, I know that I am neither returning nor recommending the place. There are so many other excellent restaurants with city views in London where I experienced way better food, service, and views.

Prompt service, kind staff and good view. However the drinks were poor, expensive (£25 cheapest cocktail) and with an archaic ordering system, it's not worth doing more than once, if at all.
