GŎNG, the highest hotel bar in Western Europe is perfect for sunset cocktails and late-night drinks. The bar offers 3 lofted areas for guests to relax and soak in the cityscape including unrivaled views of Tower Bridge.
Uncomplicated and seamless, the bar’s first-class service ensures the ultimate escape from the city’s bustle. Sample one of the delicate, signature cocktails or indulge in a rare, vintage champagne with signature sushi and Asian dishes. Guests are required to be 18 years of age or older after 5:30pm.

Window seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that there is a £30 minimum spend per person applicable to all guests over the age of 18. All bar reservations will be seated either in Champagne Bar, Cocktail Bar or Sky Pool.
Please note that the Kitchen closes at 22:30 Sunday to Thursday, and 23:30 Friday and Saturday. We currently do not accept OpenTable dining cheques.

Enjoy a guaranteed window seat with breathtaking views, feast on a selection of sushi rolls and Japanese hot dishes, including Nobashi Prawn Tempura & Wagyu in Teriyaki Sauce. Then dance away to GŎNG’s resident DJ. Includes a bottle of Dom Pérignon Luminous Champagne for every 2 guests sharing and a welcome drink for each person. A pre-payment of £200 is required. As part of the reservation process, be informed that a member of our dedicated team will be in touch with you shortly to arrange the remaining payment of £758. Allocation time: 21:00 - 02:00. Amazing experience the wait staff honestly made our experience. Maria was the best kept checking on us but not too much that it was annoying. Luciana was so lovely recommending food. Kasim was also very friendly, first time here and we will be back thanks to your amazing staff.

Had champagne and Asian platter experience for £250 for 2 people. Hardly a platter! Not worth the money and service was definitely below expected. Would not recommend or ever go back.

A lovely experience high up The Shard. The food in the bar does not involve large portions, but it's tasty and well done. The Old Fashion was subtle - one of the best in London.

Warm welcome, seating's not very comfortable or practical for a restaurant. They make an effort to move folks near the windows for the views which is considerate. We were warned when booking that there was a 90 min table time, so very confused that we had to chase to order drinks and then chase again later to order food. The food arrived quickly and was good. With half an hour to go we were warned that they'd be wanting the table back even though we were chasing service, the place was emptying and we kept having to ask to have the wine refilled. (If you're going to keep the bottle away from the table then you have to be more attentive, else just leave it with us!) Food was very good though. Glad we went but I doubt we'll return.

Cocktails were great! Very pricey but good none the less. Seating should be more comfortable and less spongy.
