Chef Miguel Rivera has been working in the restaurant industry for over 40 years. Subsequently, around 20 of those years have been spent cooking in the well known Italian restaurant IL Mulino NY, previously located inside of Caesars Palace in the forums shop.

Some amazing opportunities I've experienced include being a part of the Vegas UNCORK'D by Bon Appetit for five consecutive years. Previously, IL Mulino NY has been nominated for the titles of Top Ten Italian Restaurants in the country and Best Italian Restaurant in Las Vegas. Also, the American Academy has graciously awarded my cooking with the "Golden Plate Award". My goal for Gondola is to incorporate new flavors of Italian cuisine from the Las Vegas Strip to your local neighborhood. I look forward to honing my skills in the kitchen and expanding the restaurant to provide the community with more Italian novelties.

The location is not great, but once you get inside, the ambiance is wonderful, very friendly staff, & very good cuisine. Chef Miguel will prepare any way you like. Nadiah is a wonderful host(ess). Everything is homemade by Chef (except the Gelato) and quite wonderful. Try the lasagna, but everything is quite good. We go often even though it is more than 15 minutes away (LOL)!!

We were a party of 4, and we all agreed it was the best meal we had had in quite some time. Very authentic gourmet Italian, served enthusiastically by family members. This one is a REAL gem!!!

I could not emphasize enough my recommendation for this restaurant! The ambiance is superb, the staff are incredible and the Chef is AMAZING!! 🤩

This food was amazing and had amazing leftovers for days because I just wanted to taste one of everything. I would go back for sure and the service was like I was with my own family!

This is an amazing family owned Italian restaurant. The owner is also the chef and every dish is beautiful and incredibly delicious. The dining room is elegant and romantic. Gondola is located in a strip mall that gets no walk in traffic. Looks like nothing from the outside, but is a feast for the eyes and appetite inside

Food and service was excellent. Had the linguine with clams and the eggplant rollatini and both were outstanding. Definitely going back.

This place is a hidden gem. The decor is very soothing, the staff attentive and the food is even better. The portions are generous and full of flavor. I've been three times and have always been pleased with my meal. The flourless chocolate cake is a must. We heard they were going to be open for Thanksgiving, and, if I were going to be in town, this would be my restaurant of choice.

We tried this restaurant because of the great reviews and were not disappointed. In fact, this is the BEST Italian restaurant I've EVER eaten at! I had the Pollo Piccatta which was outstanding. The chicken was tender, the sauce perfect. The dinner rolls are really tasty, as was the arugula salad. My friends has mussels, shrimp diablo and soup. We all tasted each other's dishes and each one was very good. In fact, the portions were also large and we were full by the time dessert would have been served. I would love to try the tiramisu (they also have a limoncello tiramisu) so next time I'll save room for dessert. We all liked this so well, we plan on eating here again and again.
